Roomates suck!!!!!!!

definately clean it... I hate a dirty kitchen... they'd definately hear about it though

and they left the kitchen a mess before going on their vacation. You'd be likely to clean it up... ... right away, you like having a clean space. ... maybe if they'd have done the it for you. ... grudgingly, yell at them when they return. ... or finally when Hell freezes over. There'd be too much partying going on to realize that there even was a kitchen. |

yall are a little harsh i wouldnt think it was a big deal I hate messes. Clutter makes me uneasy, so a dirty kitchen would drive me crazy. |

i'd just clean it.i mean how long could it really take

Dump everything in their bed.

yall are a little harsh i wouldnt think it was a big deal Sometimes it doesnt feel as though its a matter of them being lazy but more like they know that Ill clean up after them so they just leave a mess in every room of the house. I dont care what you do in your room but you should show respect in the public rooms; kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room. Gets a little frustrating. at least not in that way. |

i would pack the stuff in a box and leave it in his/her room.

I'd clean it right away alright, but I move their mess into their room and most likely atop or in their empty bed. I figure that'll make my message clear upon their return.

At least in my situation, I'm the one who cooks most of the meals, and my roomate will clean up the dishes and kitchen. It comes up in conversation once in a while, and he says it like this........if you're going to spend an hour cooking, I'll gladly spend the ten minutes cleaning up. It's definately a respect thing, and when you work together, it gets done in no time flat, and the place is clean. |

I have roomates and they do that.
I clean it up if I need it to be cleaned. I like having a clean house so I do most of the cleaning. But if no ones coming over or anything, I don't bother. I'm not a maid. |

Dump everything in their bed. Agreed.... unless they left an apology note with the mess and a good reason for having left it. |

none of the above, make them miss their plane, because if they can dirty it they can clean it
