i am an amazing girl.
i love very easily. i sense things from people and about people
very deeply. it sometimes makes me uncomfortable. i know more
than i am comfortable knowing.
i am a child of God.
i am a mother with too few children. my son is 19 soon, and seeing him grown makes me so proud of the man he is becoming, and proud
of the work i have done to help get him there.
but seeing him grown also makes me ache.
i am a 'recovering' artist. when my life went dark, my art got dark. i had to stop because i didn't want my misery immortalized-forever on record.
i am not a seeker of attention. i like my supporting role.
i am ruled by common sense and truth.
i am very aware that i was not made for this world- and i don't really know where i belong while i am here...but that in itself is a comfort for me.
i am a strong and formidable advocate for children and elders.
i am an animal lover, and a collector of strays.
i am easy to like even when you don't want to like me.
i have been very blessed with a spirit that seems to draw people - i'm still learning how to live with it, and use it for good without retreating into my own overwhelmed head.
i have the patience of Job.
i try always to do the right thing regardless of whether it benefits me or not.

Who am I? that is a tough one...lol Well I am a kind,loveing,tender,loyal ,and caring person...I love all kind fo things....ranging from the great out doors to the in doors thing...I am a true romantic I give a 100% to anyone I know aor meet...When I can I give as much i can give to a person or family in need...I am a big time animal lover...best part of all im trying to find my place in this big world....It's been scarey sometimes but I have a big heart and I love adventures...I am a shy person in person but on the net im not all that shy because were not face to face and being shy has been one of my downfalls in life....Had a lot of ppl tell me im a snob or that i think im better than them but truth is im just plain out shy....if I hit it off with someone real fast then that is the greatest thing because im then not shy and i make my good friends that way...

I'm jackie a housekeeper and so much more at an assisted living facility.I work on the altzheiners/dementia unit and everyday is different.Love the residents.I am a mother of 2 kids.My daughter is 23 with 2 kids of her own Jonah n sadie,and 2 stepdaughters angel and tia.Yep I'm a nana.My son is 7 and the focus of my life right now as he is going thru some issues .He's intelligent and sneaky..never a good combo.
Back to me.I'm sarcastic ,compassionate but very leary of new people though I'm the first to shake their hand to welcome them.
I have been thru many things in my life homelesness,addiction,abuse and great joy.but thru it all I have kept to my true self and my sense of humor.
I recently found my birthmom and 7 siblings.I also found out I'm half native american.I am currently looking for my birthfather so I can complete my search for my heritage and roots.
I love reading,dishing on the net and getting outside in warm weather.I hope to live long enough to wear depends and finally shop without having to find a ladies room.thanx for reading.

I enjoyed reading it.
I am 1/2 Cherokee Indian and 1/2 Irish myself. My family originated in the Appalachin Mountains. My maternal great grandparents lived on the reservation near Cherokee NC I am told.

I love animals very much too. I used to be a bit like Ellie Mae Clampett myself but not so much now since living in a small subdivision instead of the country. I've had monkeys, turtles, birds, cats, dogs, lizards, rodents, fish, horses, cows, bulls etc. I lived on a small farm for a while. Now I just have 2 kitties. One I've used as my avitar.


Enjoyed the websites, poetry, paintings and intros very much.
