Wow this thread is so awesome! I will have to read it all over again.
Feralcatlady, awesome! I love cats so much. What you do for cats is amazing! I have two I rescued that I am very close to. Powderkeg is my big black panther. Well, he is not a real panther but he is a big alley cat I raised him from two weeks old with a bottle. And there is my little lady ("agent 99" I call her.) But her name is Piper. She is the tree climbing assassin of all birds large and small. Once she brought in a large dove, and it was as big as her. She left it in the middle of my bedroom floor. At least she shares her kill with the family! Yes I'm a geek. I Love making websites and blogging. It is my intention to make a fortune in Internet Marketing now, I've spent too much time learning to make website, and I have a friend who does not even know how to do what I do and she makes 50 thousand dollars per month on the Internet selling stuff for other people. Thus began my quest to find the right Internet Marketing business. That is what my webwitch wonderland blog is about. http://webwitch.wordpress.com/ |

Thus began my quest to find the right Internet Marketing business. That is what my webwitch wonderland blog is about. http://webwitch.wordpress.com/ I am going to check it out....And yes I am a cataholic.....lmao.....I think the singe greatest experience was when I had 29 cats in the colony and it's alot of work to get them people friendly again....lots of fresh meat...lol So one night I was sound asleep and woke up and about 10 of them surrounded me and were licking me all over...And as soon as I moved poof they were gone...I always give them access to indoors. I just sat there and smiled for about an hour... I also teach computer to older generation that are petrified....I make it a lil less scary. Also have an organization business......ok I am going to go check out bean's site.......Be back....I knew I would like you.....Oh and can I just say love love love the names of your kitties. Mine for some reason daughters name after candy....Right now I have M & M a huge Norwegian Forest cat, her brother Coco, Skittles my oldest feral who is glued to me 24/7 Reese, juju, and any candy you can think of I have a cat....lol |

Jeanniebean... You sound very intellectual yet a big geeky and I love it! Please don't take that badly as it is meant fondly. You soak up knowledge like a sponge and yet you feel like an old soul and that is wonderful. Are any of your paintings online?
Here is a free yahoo site I built a few years back and I have not updated it at all but it has some of my paintings and comments about them. I was experimenting with frames. When you click on a thumbnail, the section in the middle opens the picture. Click on the picture, and it goes back to the home page. http://www.geocities.com/gloworm049/ |

Thanks ladies! The kitties got to stay right where they were so they still have the same home and a good person taking care of them so that helps but it still tears my heart out.
Jeannie... I will take a look at the website later. I have an interview and have to go get ready. GB! |

When you see the big picture it really is something. You have quite the talent. I have always wondered about the picture you use here on JSH is that a painting you did of your self? |

It is a painting done by an old master that was manipulated in Paint Shop pro. I did not paint it. I put my face on it and then manipulated the background and foreground using the cloning tool in Paint Shop pro. Me and a friend of mine have designed two complete tarot decks in this manner. |

You can see the original face that was on the old master painting at this address:

That is very funny. You can't imagine how much I pondered that picture. |

I’m the ghost of shattered dreams
a phantom of the past the spirit dwells within me and in its love I bask The outside world is broken with uncompassionate disdain so in the arms of deities is where I shall remain Everything I do and say is unfulfilled of fervor I forfeit my participation to become a mere observer I bide my time in silly rhyme as I hunger for expression but no one truly understands they always get the wrong impression Clearly they can never see the footsteps of my path all the love I’ve ever known they imagine it as wrath They have no clue of what I say or what is in my soul Their vision has been muddled by conclusions they extol The excommunication of that which I refer is not a chosen path of mine nor one that I prefer It's forced upon my being by those who fail to see beyond their silly biases of redefining me Abra (3/12/08) Although this poem came from my soul it was also inspired by Jess, Artgurl, Anoasis, Invisible, Jax, DamnitsCloudy, CreativeSoul, Reverend Rabbit, ChubbyCherubPoet, S1owhand, Kid@Heart, Voileazur, Kat, Miguel, Redykeulous, and many others who aren’t Ridiculous but who have momentarily escaped my instantaneous thoughts. Just as a side note, all the poem really means is that it would be impossible for me to convey who I am via a post. The only way to know me is to share life’s experience with me in the real world, not in the symbolic printed world of cyberspace. I am temporarily in shut-down mode, for good reason. To jump to conclusions about what that reason might be is about the worst thing a person can do. Just accept that the answer to this question can only be experienced, and cannot be understood via printed words and jumping to conclusions. Jumping to unwarranted conclusions is the epitome of uncompassionate disdain. |

Well I do know this about you Abra. You are certainly a poet!
P.S. I live in cyber world mostly. (Is there a real world somewhere?) Oh yeh... that is the world where I have to pay for my Internet connection and if I don't, my cyber world disappears. |
