His responsiblity is 50%, just like yours. My ex has two kids from two different guys. They don't pay child support, don't visit their kids and the one contacted their son and lied by saying he was prevented from talking to him (presumably by his mother). Some guys are real losers. But I would guess that men aren't that much more likely to do this stuff than women. And even if they are, that is individual behavior. Just accept the fact that there are some bad guys out there and some nice guys. If you haven't met the nice guys yet, that's just bad luck. Have you noticed how so many keep saying you are angry, hate men, etc? It's because you come off that way. Maybe that's not how you feel, but it's how you sound. So if you want to find a nice guy, try to tone down the rhetoric and the right guy for you will come into your life eventually.

I have a question. Are you saying that people shouldnt adopt from other countries? Adopting kids is expensive and there are other kids in other countries that dont even have a foster parents or even someone to give them food.

Exactly. Women if you do not want to raise a baby (wehter by yourself or not) then dont have sex. It is that simple. You can NOT go ouit and choose to have sex, then blame the other person for all the fault cause you get rpregnant.

What i'm saying is in this country the priority is the easiest thing to deal with. Hmmmm let me see.... we have thousands of our own children in group homes and what about the ones that live on the streets and the single moms that sleep in thier vehicle with babies. And the ones that feed the children animal food cuz it's cheaper. Yes I am saying that my OPINION is that we need to get our $hit straight before we save the rest of the world. If a man cannot handle my strong mind and direct approach to life then he is not the man for me, I will run over the top of him in my zest for living. I will never tone down the strength I have learned by the badges of mistakes=lessons I have made in life. Lots of kids here have been abused and do you know how hard it is to take in a child that has been abused? When I was 12 my family took in two little girls. They were abused. Ya know they made our lives a living hell for the next 3 years. They built walls around them and wouldnt let anyone close. Do you know how much that hurts? That isnt appealing to most parents. Why go through the hassle of adopting a child like that when you can get a baby that hasnt any abuse?

to answer your first question... when owuld you castrate him if not after? Yuo have no way of knowing if a person is oging to do somethign like that until it happens. And if you have reason to believe he might, and do nothing to prevent it prior then you are just as guilty as he is.

I still think men should stay out of the discussion until they all wear condoms religiously and are not making babies that they do not want. I am not saying women hold no responsibility but okay lets do it this way......

HOW many of you ladies out there have tried not to get pregnant and asked your man to wear a condom and he refused? Did he not want to have sex since he had to wear a condom? How many have had them sneak sex in your sleep? How many have had a man who thought you might be pregnant start acting weird and stop talking to you? Answer these questions ladies.

That's all great but, so the cycle continues. It's the easy way out. Teach that unwanted child to hate more to be more untrusting. Teach that child that they will never rise above what they where born into. Teach that child from the other country that you broke another childs back to bring them here.
Take that child to a homeless shelter, children group or a safe house and show them all the children that were not wanted and make sure they understand so that when another situation like a school shooting happens they don't ask why. But if they do I hope you have a real good answer.

Well, I am sorry I cant change the world. I am just saying I am greatful to my parents for adopting me. I cant teach all the children in the US, You can rise above from being nothing. Not all the school shootings were from street kids some were from kids that had homes and parents.
