ouch ...you at work??? going for a swim in an hour's time and then to BBQ and drinks at my buddy's backyard .....perfect weather for a cook out .... BBQ-ing sweet Italian sausages and mixed veggies ....

Yes, at work, especially on weekends. Luckily, I have two days off, and that's what I call my weekend. Today: Chicken liver with onion and mashed potatoes. Did you have a nice time at the pool and BBQ?

had a great time at the pool. bbq got changed to roasted chicken and little roasted potatoes, and beer got changed to Jamison Irish Single malt.....that was just awesome to !! OT: Dinner at home ....air fryer chicken Drumsticks with broccoli steamed ...

So important people are allowed to make some decisions for you ....how great is that!!! OT ::: Cummin rice and cottage cheese in a sweet sauce , with chicken drumsticks roasted and seasoned with herb and garlic spice !

Same as yesterday: kofta from minced beef, rice, tomato & courgette. I bought a packet for that which has the rice, spice, and sauce mix.

chopped romaine lettuce, fresh diced zucchini, crispy onions, chopped hard boiled egg and homemade dressing with a side of garlic bread.. yum just finished a Montreal smoked meat sandwich on a sourdough bun with honey mustard and a side of honey butter potato chips & an 8oz glass of chocolate oat milk

not me Jayden but thanks for the offer.. I wouldn't be able ta live with myself especially with the after effects.. p-U OT: tortellini smothered with a homemade sauce.. the sauce includes sauteed fresh chives and oversized fresh mushrooms.. pureed tomatoes along with some cooked ground chicken, spicy sea salt, a splash of maple syrup (to cut the tomato acidity) and a clove of garlic.. so yummy
