buckwheat ? Is that like 'kaza'... boil the packet and then eat the contents ... healthier than rice ??? OT : honey garlic split chicken wings and steamed rice !!!

Buckwheat - kasza gryczana, yes, you right it is much healthier than rice, I cook it loosely, without packaging ;) Sandwiches for my son and I'm working so I won't eat in the evening because I won't have time for it.
