Which is more important or significant to you?
For me, it's the journey that is more important!

The destination. Journeys can be very long and I am everything but patient.

Regarding travel, I usually enjoy the journey as much as the destination, because I like to travel whatever the mode of transport.

For me it's a bit going back and forth between the journey and the result.
I know it's about the journey and enjoying that, and as I've gotten a bit older and a lot wiser I've learnt to be more patient so I can actually do enjoy it.
But... if the result doesn't come in sight, I can get impatient and even irritable, depending on what it's about.

For instance the journey to finding the right one for me... I am not enjoying that journey anymore. I just want him to show up, ring my doorbell, and THEN I can enjoy the rest of the journey with him.

So it depends, and I do go back and forth between both. I must admit that enjoying the journey is nicer, much less stress.

Oh as for the question what is more important... I do choose the journey!
It's like Abraham Hicks says... the buzz of it being underway, about to come, things are moving etc. is great! But that buzz quickly dissipates once it's there.
The 'getting there' can even be a bit of an anti-climax. So I choose the journey which is still full of live and inspiration etc.

The journey is always the most important.
It's where life's lessons are learned.

Destination, is merely the place those
lessons are reflected upon.

As for me, I am more patient now, than when I was in my 20s, lolz! And when I reach the intended destination - geographical, or mental - it's like the beginning of another journey ------- Lolz, I am an insatiable traveler! Yeah, the limbs sometimes don't cooperate with the mind!

Substitute journey for chase and prey for destination ... is that close enough to the original question ....
Always enjoyed the chase to be honest , because the prey was not the right one in the end ... so I guess the chase is on and getting interesting huh!! N

Yeah, it does give a sense of fulfillment, and you may rest a while.... But, then, another journey does beckon, doesn't it?

And, what if, it's a journey of reading a book, or writing one maybe...?
