Cooling off after going to the supermarket a 2nd time today. Turns out I forgot catfood. Doesn't take long but cycling with this weather and strong wind gets you stinking hot.

Waiting for my snack to be ready! Went back to the supermarket for a 3rd to get 'em. You'd think I like cycling to the supermarket, pfff... But it closes in 10 mins. That was it for the day!!

Resting my back after sodding around with fixing the bottom of the settee. In the end I ducttaped it. Fingers crossed it'll hold! It was heavy stuff, happy I get to go to my physio tomorrow, pffff....
