I believe it means at unless it means something entirely different but this symbol @ means at. That's all I know it to mean as well. But then how does that sentence make sense? Everyone was replying to it, clearly knowing what it meant. I got the impression it meant 'partner' from their replies. It'd be easier if people just typed a word instead of a symbol or emoticon.
