Apparently we're not getting relief from the heat this evening: It won't rain until 5 in the morning. It's 27,5C indoors still. I'm fed up with it!

Certainly a change in the weather here in the northwest of England, heavy rain shower this morning and forecast throughout the day, very cloudy and overcast right now, and maximum temperature today is expected to be around 18 C. That is 10 C lower than yesterday.

23C sun right now but lots of clouds, dark ones an hour ago. Rain expected. I don't think we had rain at all last night here which was forecast. (Other areas did.)

Strong winds and a lot of heavy rain, it's forecast for all day and a maximum temperature of 15 C. Summer seems to have gone elsewhere, it's a very dismal day.

18C grey, cloudy, and 6Bft again, could get to 7 here at the coast. So back to strap round the gates last night. Shouldn't be necessary with Bft 7 but better safe than sorry.
