35C is too much! My body doesn't like heat anymore, hihi.
25C - 26C is more than enough for me these days. Unfortunately we have to make do with what we get. |

35C is too much! My body doesn't like heat anymore, hihi. 25C - 26C is more than enough for me these days. Unfortunately we have to make do with what we get. It's funny how when I was in Florida I worked outside for three years, even in extreme heat, and handled it fine. Since I left, my body doesn't like extreme heat anymore. By time I begin to adapt to the summer weather, we're moving into the next season, haha. |

Funny how it works, isn't it!
For me it changed when I was about 46-48. I still find it amazing that (white) people can do physical work in humid climate though. Even when I could handle that with ease I still couldn't really do anything physical unless the room was airco-ed. I start to sweat very easily, then get dehydrated etc etc. |

Most of the people who work indoors, even in Florida, can't handle the extreme heat. I found my body adjusting to it as time went on, though I would still sweat like crazy, haha. Since I left, I've worked indoors and my body has adjusted to cooler climates. I imagine if I worked outside, it would acclimate after a few months and not be a problem... or so problematic, hihi.
