Very strange weather.
It's about 10°c cooler than the other day. But, it's gotten a lot fresher which is nice and you can definitely feel the autumn in the air.

Yes, even when the other day it was so stinking hot it didn't feel like summer anymore.
I see acorns when I go for a walk, and yesterday yellow leafs on the ground. I do feel it is a bit early for all that??? Maybe also caused by it having been so dry? Groundwater levels have still not recovered from last years drought.

Your lucky you only see acorns, I see unicorns laugh
They keep saying about tree's and plants, oh its to early or late.
They know what and when they need to act.

It's like every year the pretty blossoms come out the wind gets up and blows them off whoa

Yes, correct, old sage!! tongue2
Maybe it's more me not being ready for it to become autumn and winter again. I have that sometimes when we have had a crap summer, hihi. I always miss the light so much during autumn & winter!
Maybe also to do with springtime these days often being crap and thus grey and no decent light? I do notice I'm getting more and more sensitive to light, and lack of it.

Unicorns?! Not half bad! These days they're 9 Dimensional instead of 7D. Your vibration must be going up, haha. Fairies in your garden, a cat on clogs -that turned up again this morning btw, YAY- and unicorns.
Sounds quite happy to me :)

Hi Everybody,
Hope you All have a Great day today.

It is currently 74F here and overseas. It is supposed to be in the 70's today, with thunder storms all day.

Hi Crystal,
To answer your question, I thought you were from England. I am not sure why.

Delightful surprised
Heating on?

Well, you should put it on for a while a couple of times throughout the summer anyway as it stirs up any silt particular that's in the system, helps to stop heavy sludge. happy

Mikey, I just put the heating on about 10 mins ago. When I turned the dial, nothing was happening and I thought it was seized because I haven't had the heating on since April/May. Waited a few mins then turned the dial to another position and lo and behold.....heating came on. Phew! Forgot how to turn the boiler on slaphead

Well, my excuse is that I'm not used to it having only been here a year. My last house had an air source heat pump which is so different to gas central heating and much more economic.

It's only 13C today and I was freezing my bits off here laugh

Must be my love for England shining through, haha. Or maybe my spelling every now and then. I try to stick to BrE only.

13C is enough for anyone to get cold. I get symptoms of frostbite then, hahaha. I hate being cold!! Lol.

I've got a combi thingie, most Dutch people do, so it produces both warm water and does the heating as well.
Meaning that when someone's in the shower the heating can not be on.

Getting a bit colder indoors here too. Only 23C, and at night I already feel the cold coming out of the extension, so I'm needing my thermo socks again at night.

Then there must be a fault with it crystal. It should cope with running both, that's what they are designed for.

I have a combi boiler too Crystal.

Mikey, when the shower is used then the heating goes off because hot water takes precedence over heating. That's the way mine works too.

whoa not come across that before. The hot water side of the boiler is separate to the heating side usually. What kind of boiler is it?

Yep, I never heard of one that could do both. Then you need a separate CV and warm water device.
