Thinking... why is my hair static as bleep again? Had a similar last two years for a few weeks. Drives me up the wall cos apart from it not feeling nice, it also means you look like chit.
I think it has to do with using silicon-free conditioner but not sure. I tried using normal conditioner out of desperation last year, didn't help either. If anyone knows a solution I'd be much obliged! |

Use a Silicone-Based Conditioner. Thanks! And see, silicone-based conditioner. That's prolly the reason as I stopped using that crap a few years ago. And it's never a problem, it's just a few weeks a year. Maybe this time a year the air is drier? I'll try another comb and crank up humidity indoors a bit more (always have a bowl of water on the radiators) and hope that will be enough. Maybe a different comb as well. |

I'm thinking you're welcome besides this forum really needs a search function to find the odd or strange facts about yourself thread as I've been doing this the hard way. |

I just use olive oil on my hair wrap it in a warm towel for a half hour then wash and condition like normal
Or if I'm on my way out just a drop or two in my hand rub together than run thru my hair usually works |
