Scarlett (2020) m stone b krause 4.8 spy action Actually not bad for a Brian Krauss movie. I rerate it to a 5.8 rating because it was one worth watching. Infinite (2021) m wahlberg 5.6 reincarnation scifi I rerate this at a 6.6 because it has some pretty intense action sequences. I also thought the story was well written. Occupation Rainfall (2020) d ewing t morrison d gillies 5.0 alien invasion/war Gotta give this one a 6.0 rating because of the intense action and the great special effects. At the end it says Chapter 1 so I guess there will be a sequel, I hope so... I just watched Infinite Holy moly, effing STUNNING!! One of the best movies I've seen of late and THE best more spiritually based movies I've EVER seen as this is one helluva action movie. Most more spiritual movies aren't. I do not understand the relative low rating, but I guess that's due to most people not understanding the concept/subject. As for me, it's right up my alley. The story, the cast, the action, the subject... I'd rate it 9 and might contemplate 10. Definitely one for the "Watch many times more" list! I wholeheartedly recommend it. There was just one thing I didn't quite get: He is fed up with reincarnating and wants an out, so he wants to ruin everything. But he has a weapon to 'out' souls, so why not have someone use it on him and be done with it? |

The Guardian 2006 - Drama Adventure Action
Kevin Costner, Ashton Kutcher Wow!! Another great movie! A rescue swimmer, getting hurt during a rescue gone wrong, while recovering teaches the ropes of the trade to new wannabe rescue swimmers. One of these new kids is this macho type seemingly superficial and obstinate. Not saying anything more as it's best to just watch. Great action, great dynamics, good solid acting. Loosely based on an actual event. Only peculiar thing is not having come across this one before. . . . . |

Sweet Tooth
A very interesting new series! The world has become chaotic after most people died of a very deadly virus. The odd thing that happened simultaneously is that during the height of it all newborn babies were hybrids: part animal part human. No one knows why or how and they think these hybrids were the cause of the virus so whatever is left of mankind is out to kill them. This story is about one child that got away with his dad, and the kid is part deer and is growing antlers. They're living peacefully in the woods, but then all goes wrong... I've seen 2 episodes, so far it is really good! And Alonso Nonsie plays a really good role in this one! |

Hahaha, I was thinking the same thing! I think some writers get so carried away with the script they forget to look at the whole to see if it makes sense. Other than that, still a pretty good story. It happens a lot. Sometimes its so bad it ruins the whole story, luckily not this time. ![]() The Night Comes for Us (2018) TV-MA | 2h 1min | Action, Thriller | 19 October 2018 (USA) 7.0/10 from 22,718 ratings |

Yep, it was kind of daft.
I mentioned the wrong name earlier, hihi. it is Nonso Anozie. The big fella of Nigerian descent. |

Sweet Tooth is SO worth watching! It has a whopping rating of 8,2 and with good reason.
No news yet about a 2nd season. Apparently based on a comic thingie. It is intriguing, also because of the current situation and this too revolving around a virus. Scientists messed around with it and also created another phenomenon. Not sure if this is related to the virus but it seems to be so. |

Here are some best movies that I love to watch again and again in the thriller genre.
Knives Out (2019) The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (2011) Before I Go to Sleep (2014) The Girl on the Train (2016) The Invitation (2015) Arrival (2016) Now You See Me (2013) Primal Fear (1996) Prisoners (2013) Flightplan (2005) Gone Girl (2014) Minority Report (2002) Mulholland Drive (2001) Annihilation (2018) The One I Love (2014) The Lovebirds (2020) Sherlock Holmes (2009) Shutter Island (2010) Taking Lives (2004) That's it, I have more movies but these are at the top of my watch list. There is one secret I have and it is that I used to watch all these movies for free any time and anywhere. I always watch all these movies on the Watchseries site. But there is one problem as well, from the last few weeks I am unable to find this site to watch the movies. After that, I read the news of this site in which it is clearly mentioned that this site is banned and I have no other option to watch movies except finding the best WatchSeries Alternatives to watch movies online for free and I found some best on thetechvin site. You can also review them to watch all these movies for free. |

Hoping to get some inspiration out of you guys! I'm stuck with things to look and cannot find anything either. I'm not into romance series, comedy, nor drama. I love action, thrillers, historical, and specific sci-fi thingies. Su(ker for disaster movies, lol. Anyone got recommendations? No romance, drama, comedy, certainly NOT comic book. Few suggestions of mine; - 9-1-1 series - Outlander (okay, romance, but also history, love that) - Siren - Seal Team - Last Ship - Taboo - Lost in Space (new series) - The Rain - Knightfall Agreed. Can we come together |

Currently watching the UK series Spooks.
A good watch, although not one I'd stay home for so to speak. I did have that with Strike Back, also UK, not with this one. But it's okay. |

Abandoned Blade 2 as it's almost non-stop flashing lights that my brain cannot handle.
Switched to Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, animation from the original Jurassic Park/World designers. A 3rd season is out and I discovered I hadn't seen the 2nd one yet either! So first rewatched the last ep of season 1 to get back into the story. Now for the continuation. Two seasons to watch in one go, YAY! |

TV series War of the Worlds - 2019
So far it's really good! There are 2 seasons right now, don't know if there will be more or if the story ends in the 2nd season. So far a good watch! It is French & English, but I got the subs on which only kick in when they speak French. So not subs all the time, and most is in English, also spoken by the French, so you aren't constantly reading subs, which is good :) |

^^^^ I'll check it out! I always like Pierce Brosnan :)
UPDATE War of the Worlds tv series... season 2 is not the end. Hopefully it gets renewed! It's not the fastest paced series, some things you can see coming a mile away, and they seem to not learn from their mistakes. Like the enemy breaking into their shelter every time and yet they never ever lock doors and put guards up. The result is that they keep having to find new shelter. So it does have stupidly annoying things that many series & movies do. Nevertheless it's a good watch for sure. And the thing they're working towards, the explanation, is rather unusual. Hang about... I.T. seen that a few times. Good movie for sure! |

A Quiet Place in HD!!! FINALLY!!
Not without annoying URL in view non-stop and the occasional loud ad, but I was happy to see it :) I didn't think it is as captivating as the first one though. At some point I felt like, can we get on with it, please?! I never had that with the 1st one. That kept me on the edge of my seat. But it was well worth the watch nonetheless. |

Blood Father - 2016
With Mel Gibson, Miguel Sandoval I thought I'd seen it before, but I didn't. A really good movie. It has 6,4 rating, I give it an 8 for sure, likely a 9 is better suited. Not for one minute was I bored or tempted to skip ahead. Certainly worth watching! I think I didn't watch it before as when I see 'drug cartel' I'm off. But this was good! Self-exiled somewhere in the dusty landscapes on the outskirts of Los Angeles, John Link--a rugged former convict, and now, a tattoo artist struggling to stay sober--sees his quasi-orderly life turn upside down, when he receives a desperate phone call from his estranged daughter, Lydia. On the run from a ruthless Mexican drug cartel, John and Lydia must navigate through a dangerous world of frail allegiances and merciless cut-throats, as they seek shelter in an inhospitable city. Can the grizzled father save his teenage daughter from this nightmare? |

Bobby Z - 2007 - thriller/action/crime
Laurence Fishburne is in it. I really liked it. Not a boring moment in it. Tim Kearney is an incarcerated former Marine who is offered freedom by DEA agent Tad Gruzsa in exchange for impersonating recently-late drug lord Bobby Z. Things don't go as planned, however, and Kearney ends up on the run with Bobby Z's 12-year-old son. BTW song played at the end of the movie is good! I looked it up, it's Calvin Scott - Trailer Park Queen. I don't like the title, hihi, but the music is good! You can listen to it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqJOc6A_QE4 . . . |

The Ice Road - 2021 - Liam Neeson, Laurence Fishburne
An excellent movie! Way better than its 5,5 rating suggests. A mine has collapsed and the ones trapped inside have a limited nr of hours of oxygen. The only way to rescue is to get heavy equipment over in trucks, using the Ice Road that is actually past the date of safe travel. Experienced drivers do so anyway as there's no other option. |

Cold Zone Only has a rating of 3,4 but I feel it is much better than that.
It is about a sudden unpredicted change in weather that arrives as a storm that comes and goes in short bursts, but freezing everything it touches in mere seconds. It's basically the beginning of an ice age. The people that are still high up north must get out asap to survive but also try to inform the rest of the world that doesn't know yet. I really liked it :) |
