i will love to go Spain. have been dreaming of it since my childhood people that've been there before use to tell me Spain is good place to live.

Anywhere ~ besides Africa and parts of Asia - if I didn't want to work. I like Egypt, even if in Africa.

With the shite weather coming up again, the prospect of way too many grey and dark months and not enough sunlight I'm beginning to think somewhere Mediterranean would be real nice. Dutch summers, Greek winters or something like that. Turkey is great too. Maybe explore Monaco. And while I'm at it, check out Malta.

Check out or Google 'Cuenca, Ecuador'. Been researching for 2-3 years and considering a visit next summer to see about permanently moving there in a few years. Very interesting and inviting place. On the Equator. Has a rainy season but the temp is very mild and comfortable year round. Lived, worked & visited 25 countries and Cuenca seems to fit the bill for me. We'll see once I go there myself. Also, highly recommended by many expats as 'the' place to live & retire.

I'd buy a remote island. Immediately declare myself King. Then I'd immediately ban patchouli from my island. And, I would ban people. And, the Denis Leary song A**hole would be the national anthem. Oh! And, I'd ban all music by the Beatles, and all of their solo work.

Some place south, probably rural. I have no delusions over living in a foreign country, I'd hate it.
