seems like the same logic of those that believe voter id hurts law abiding registered voters because FRAUDS find ways around laws

though I believe some restrictions should apply to owning anything that takes so many lives (guns , cars) etc,,,,

and likewise some restrictions should apply to voting(citizenship, age)

its how much restriction and how to impose the restrictions that are debatable


lets reform the voting for those who are so paranoid that another president like the current one will win again if we don't,,lol

but I think imposing such a change,,,can be done in a much less discriminatory manner than having thousands upon thousands making last ditch efforts to run out and PURCHASE(either through the price of transportation, or the id, or the documents required to OBTAIN the id) some new requirement for a right they have already REGISTERED FOR

I think a voter card, like a passport, where only AFTER A certain date, people registering will receive a photo voter card, just like a passport,



so EVERYONE is placed at the same starting point again,, instead of just those most likely not to already have something that is suddenly being required,,,

I already believe the process is as fair and honest as it is going to be,, but for those so paranoid that fraud at the polls is causing some grave difference in whether their candidate wins or not,,



I am for making reform as fair as possible by making EVERYONE equally susceptible to the effort of a REFORM of the system, with a UNIVERSAL voting card that EVERYONE will be liable for obtaining to vote, just like a passport, which includes a photo




as to voter registration, my thinking is that since we cannot follow people around 24/7 to force them to update their information when they move or when someone dies, etc,, we can EXPECT There will be registrations that at any given time will have become 'invalid' but those invalid registrations have not been proven to be (again)

the registrations being used fraudulently in any SIGNIFICANT number as to justify placing the thousands who aren't fraudulently voting on a special task of obtaining documents they may not have , at their cost, for something they were supposed to already have the RIGHT to when they registered

,,but , as Ive said a million times,, give the conspiracists what they want and they will shut up until the next election doesn't go their way and they find some other conspiracy to lay on the other party or the impoverished communities,,,
