I must admit, I do see the relevance of Your illustrative glass that proportionately has only so-much water in it ultimately has to have a proportionate void.
What I do find fascinating, is despite all the varying extremes of conditions on this planet, life is still incredibly prolific. Where as, our best efforts to find ANY life forms on for example; the surface of the Moon or on Mars, are completely sterile. It's been said that if you had a major cut or abrasion on your person, and if you had a big lump of Moon-Dust to stick on it... It would actually serve as a bandage because it doesn't even have any microbial life in it. Humanities best efforts to pear into space and listen to any other radio signals, haven't shown any hope of contact with anything else out there. Here... On this planet, we can go to the most (Humanly) inhospitable conditions like, the bottom of the Oceans or into the permafrost of the Arctic and there's life. Granted, there is sometimes not much or isn't very spectacular, but it's still there none-the-less. |

And even if we should find life elsewhere in the Universe, how would we communicate with it.
Our radio-signals are likely traveling at less than the speed of light. So, a mere 186,000 miles per second, or less, of any other medium will be woefully inadequate. Let's face it... If there is any other molecular life-forms out there, we'll never have the benefit of knowing anything about them. |

Stalemate? Nope!! The bible account of cration is the only reliable and authentic record of how and why we are here. Read it daily and have peace from above well,as they say:"There Is Bliss In Ignorance",especially when it is chosen! everyone "perishes"... |

Europa...?
|
|
|
|
Europa...? an ice moon of Saturn, they feel there could be life there because of the life they find here on earth at the deep sea vents... |

Okay, we'll need a space-craft that'll also become a submarine as well?
(Talk About A Technical Feat) |

Okay, we'll need a space-craft that'll also become a submarine as well? (Talk About A Technical Feat) they already planned the mission, just a small drone-like craft dropped from an orbiter, just like they did on titan... |

And if they only find sterile hot water there, with no life...?

All that way for ICE...?
No Scotch or Bourbon! |
|
|

And if they only find sterile hot water there, with no life...? then thats what they find, we won't know till we "just do it"... but then again, even if they do find life, they probably wouldn't tell us anyway, because of the bible thumpers revolting...i personally believe they found life outside of earth a long time ago, but won't tell us about it... |

Well, so-much for transparency in space exploration.

Well, so-much for transparency in space exploration. lol, it's run by the US government, did you expect transparency? |

Oh My...!
Allah forbid, there be SPACE-BUGS !!!! (I'll Never Be Able To Live With The New-Found-Hope Of Microbial Life Elsewhere) |

Oh My...! Allah forbid, there be SPACE-BUGS !!!! (I'll Never Be Able To Live With The New-Found-Hope Of Microbial Life Elsewhere) not sure how true this is, but i read somewhere that the scientists found what was similar to plankton covering some satellites like dust.... |
