Sheik,you would have been much better off a christian than what you are right now.Just imagine the havocs,murders,beheadings,bombings,rape,kidnappings,atrocities and confusion that those who profess your religion carry out in nearly every countries of the world.Two weeks ago,they slaughtered over 2000 innocent souls.Among the victims was a pregnant woman in labour whose child was half out from her.Children,infants and elderly men were butchered mercilessly.The leader of boko haram islamic terrorists said he was obeying what quoran mandated him to do as a true uncompromising faithful. Little off topic though.But what a better world we would have had if that religion wasn't invented! Please remember, I was fundamentally raised a Christian of-sorts. Having been raised in a very strict Catholic home, my effort to find any other format of Christianity for the greater-half of my life has finally placed me here... As a Muslim. For me, Christendom's historical record is far worse over the past 17 hundred years. Granted, Islam as a prerequisite of faith from the Quran and its own admission of its use with the Bible, has only been around for a little more than 14 hundred years, it is still unsurpassed. The argument that a bunch of would-be Muslims who are largely using Hadiths as a primary source of all their decisions isn't an excuse to abandon True Islam. The fact of the matter is, I've never been happier or healthier or ever been without less explanation for countless subjects of a spiritual nature. It sure beats eating the Body-of-Christ, one day... Then having to eat Blood-Sausage, the next day. (Like When I Was A Catholic) |

Please tell me 'who' is Jesus praying to in Luke 22: 42---> Now, if Jesus is God and according to the Trinity Doctrine, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit are non-divisible, co-equal, and co-eternal, one in being with the other... Who is Jesus praying to? Remember, they're non-divisible and because they/he/it are the same Entity and must also be the same 'will.' What, is in the action of praying if Jesus is already God? "Please, can You translate John 1 verse 1 from the original Greek?" He old Pastor went back to his book-shelf and brought back a Greek Bible. (NO ENGLISH) He started to read out loud, in Greek no less! He gave the commonly perceived translation, the way most Bibles in English usually have it written. But I said, "WAIT...! Why is the Greek word for 'God' written differently at the end of the verse from how it's written at the beginning of the verse??????" The old Pastor sighed... In the greek there was no definate article , if there was it would be "The God" becuase there was no 'THE' they therefor say it has to be "A" in John 1:18 same chapter ::::: "No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known." There is NO definate article in between (seen) and (GOD) so on the same rule of these 'interpreters' the same Article "A" should be here also not whenever it suits them ... So according to You John 1:18 should read :- No one has ever seen (A) God, but the one and only Son, who is himself (A) God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known. In the End what you are trying to do is put Jesus into the box as a prophet which is what iSlam believes ... To you , you think Allah is God i do not , you think jesus a Prophet , i do not ... Another abrogated verse... John 1: 18 Here's a more accurate translation of that verse; "No man has seen God at any time. As for the only-begotten of God's, who is in the bosom-position of the Father, he has explained Him." (Isn't That Easy To Understand?) Remember, this old Pastor could read the Greek fluently, and I've since got a Greek Bible to see where all these abrogations are. It's also important to note, that the reference of 'only-begotten' and 'Father' are still only ever meant to be perceived as metaphorical. This debate is over 17 hundred years old, and the Bishop of Alexandria went back home, thinking as I do, and he was assassinated by those who were determined to enforce the Trinity Doctrine. I'm beginning to think that even You (Th3Dv8) can't fully condone the doctrine. So, why be so vehemently 'Catholic' about it?
