You go to a propaganda site and present it as the truth? It lies first off, there was no "Government of Palestine". Palestine was a part of the Ottoman Empire which was dismantled after they lost WWI. The area was controlled by Britian and France until after WWII, when the Jews were allowed to have their own homeland. This was done by the UN and the land didn't currently belong to any country, so it was perfectly legal. Several Arab nations declared war on the newly formed country, not because they had any claim to the land, but because they hated Jews. Millions of Jews were displaced from their ancestral homes in Trans-Jordan, Syria and Eqypt...nobody talks about their "right of return". At that time, the west bank and the gaza strip were controled by Trans-Jordan and Eqypt respectively, trans-Jordan was changed to Jordan after they lost the six day war and Israel claimed the west bank as a buffer between Israel and her enemies. As I pointed out before, it is only legal to take land during a defensive war. Israel actually offered to allow the West Bank to become "Palestine", but Arafat refused. The goal isn't their own country, it's the destruction of Israel and the Jews.

But let's go back two 70 AD. The whole area was Jewish, but controlled by Rome. The Jews tried to fight for their freedom only to have their nation destroyed and the lands controled by various powers for almost 2,000 years. This happened some 700 years before Islam was founded, so if you want to go back and point to who is entitled to the land by history, the answer is obviously the Jews.
