mabe we should drop ship all the natives to mexico or china and just take over the country that way???

No Rambling, the cost is no factor, the American taxpayer has to cough up this way or the other.

the big factor in construction is always time. a lot of contractors throw out the low bid for just that reason. " WHAT DID THEY FORGET"
IN MY EXPIERENCE OVERSEAS, IF I HAVE A REPUTATION FOR BEING ABLE TO DO THE JOB AS ADVERTISED, I CAN NAME MY PRICE. woops dodnt mean to shout. |

i am looking at a deal right now in the middle east for 200,000 ICF houses. they are building five plants to manufacture the block right now.
Thats because its a government contract payed for with tax dollars!
I also dont think the pond behind your house constitutes "overseas." |
no, its a big international construction company actually. not every building project in the entire world is funded by your precious tax dollars ( that you think you owe.)
... do you know how to build about 200 houses at once?
Rambling, nobody claim to own the taxdollar, but people are entitled to demand that it is spend on the welfare of the AMERICAN people, not filling the pockets of a few selected.
thats a nice dream there in visibly impaired, good luck with that. i deal with what is instead of what should be.

You dont qualify for a government contract with a history of not paying taxes Rambill!
I know, I have a Federal ID number and license to do business! |
Thanks be to God, I'd hate seeing the money flowing in Ramblings pocket.
Wait let me rephrase that, had, its expired now!!!
Ive done quite a bit of construction Rambill.
The insurance requires it and at least a million dollar bond is required to bid on any government contracts! MINIMUM |

Your, "the only way to win" was uttered a million times during the Vietnam war! Well, we left and I dont see the sky falling yet! Your, "the only way to win" is a minority view point and will soon be a mute view point! Then we will see if that makes the sky fall!!!! ============================================================== 60,000 Americans died in Vietnam. 3,000,000+ Vietnamese and Cambodians died due to the American pull out. By all indications, we were winning Vietnam, before the pull out. You don't see the sky falling, because you weren't there to watch Pol Pot's killing fields. There is nothing that offends me so much as the mock outrage of the liberals. Outraged by what Americans did/do, but when brutal dictators kill millions of people in cold blood, they "don't see the sky falling". http://www.galenfrysinger.com/killing_fields.htm Are you brave enough to follow the link above and read about the men, women and children who witnessed the sky falling and the **** hitting the fan? Maybe it's better that you don't, so you can continue to consider the American pullout from vietnam a great success. |

Maybe it wouldn't have been that many Vietnamese when the Americans hadn't gone in in the first place.
It's easy to see everything you want to see it, it's hard to face reality. |

invisible,
If the communists hadn't tried to take over a democratic country, with whom we had a protection treaty, it wouldn't have happened at all. WE DIDN'T FILL THOSE GRAVES. Maybe you could try to spread your outrage and anger around instead of lumping it all on America for once. You just excused the murder of millions of innocents, because the Americans tried to help an ally. We know that it was the USSR who was behind the take over of Korea and Vietnam, do you have any outrage for the USSR for supporting violent revolutions in other countries? Or just outrage for the US supporting the democratically elected government that was being overthrown? |

I didn't excuse anything. Every single dead is too much, it's not my fault that America plays the police for the whole world, asked or unasked. It's time they start thinking about themselves. How many people were against this war in Vietnam, and how many of them were silenced?

it's not my fault that America plays the police for the whole world, asked or unasked =============================================================== So your policy is that the US should not aid allies, even when asked? That same policy resulted in the death of half of the Jews living in the world. It's a failed and amoral policy, that holds peace as more important than life and freedom. Unasked...I guess you mean Iraq/Afganistan? America was asked to attack Afganistan and Iraq...the Taliban and Saddam demanded that we attack them, in fact. |
