What makes you like where you live? If someone came to visit, what would you show them?

The Lake Michigan shoreline is beautiful. Saugatuck is a quiet communitee located in a very nice inland bay. Wonderful rolling farmlands with old growth trees, so many lakes and great fishing, easygoing streams to raging whitewater, sking in the north as well as copper harbour with mountains. It is a great state.

We could go to 6 flags over Texas, ice skating, Dallas's world aquarium, the botanical gardens and don't forget the food! I will always live here because this is where my transplant hospital is, no changes for me.

We have a lot of rocks. If you like rocks. We have big rocks, little rocks and even rocks under rocks. Come to Arkansas and we will load you up with rocks. We have plenty to share.

What I like best here is the weather. So in that case.. I guess I would show them the umbrella racks at the store. There is a lot here in Seattle to see. Space Needle being it's icon.

The first place I would take them is to Tombstone,AZ. And then to old Tucson, two very famous movie sets here in Tucson,AZ. then out to see some of the local hot spots!!!!!

Sounds awesome, Phuque2. Soufie - what a great view. Oldhippie - Aquariums are fun. Yassalove - NYC is a great city. Italio69 - I've heard good things about San Antonio. Rainbowtrout - I guess that's good if you like rocks? Pyxxie13 - Despite the rain, I've heard great things about Seattle. It's definitely a city I'll visit one day. Down2earthdebbie - Mg - What's special about it, though? Any places that you usually show to new people? The picture looks like it lists some hotels, but that doesn't say much to people who don't know anything about them. boonedoggy61 - very cool B - Got a thing for orchards, huh?

What makes you like where you live? If someone came to visit, what would you show them? Pretty much just the glorified state pond. :P There's some nice places around here, and the state park isn't bad. I don't like where I live. I would much rather be down south though.
