Overbearing..Mothers? Is there a cure yet? I assume you don't mean the Duggars. I think fathers want their sons to be like them. I think mothers want their daughters to be more than they were. So they never give up trying to exert their will. I say no cure.

The older my parents get...the more like retarded teenagers they become. I love them but DAMN!!! When I screwed up...I got a sermon and a whipping. They seem to think they can get away with anything cause "I am old" With the laws nowadays, I don't think it is legal to spank a parent like they spanked me.
