Topic: How do you handle stress? | |
---|---|
I don't get stressed. I anticipate problems and arrange for solutions before the problems occur, if you see what I mean! I take care all the time and carefully think out any actions before I go ahead with them. I always choose the best and safest option to anything.
For things I can't control that are a bolt out of the blue my body tends to shut down and want to sleep so I give into that and often things don't look so bad the next day. I make sure I plan ahead, eat healthily and smile a lot. I look after my mental and physical wellbeing, listen to classical music or some relaxing music. Stress can churn you up, so don't let it happen, or if it does happen try to find your own way of coping. |

Sometimes it can just take an orgasm to make a person happy, not sex. Unless of course it is a established relationship so there are no hang-ups re body image!
Orgams are incredibly stress-relieving. |

Masturbation or sex works :). Though, I've learned not to wrry about body image. Once you're at the point of having sex, it isn't going to matter. |

Stress can churn you up, so don't let it happen, or if it does happen try to find your own way of coping. You and I are complete opposites. I am like a leaf in a river just taking things as they come and making the best of whatever I can cause there is no way my dumb*** can foresee every problem. I deal with crap as best I can and it all seems to work out. Don't be afraid to shake it up abit. Ya got one life. May as well take a chance of enjoying it. |

Yeah, I'd find it impossible to prevent every problem from happening, or even see them all coming. I've never met anyone who never, ever got stressed. Sometimes, stress just happens, no matter what you've done to try to avoid it.

Stress, the confusion created when the mind overrides the body's basic desire to choke the living s..t out of some a..hole who desperately deserves it!
Solution, don't override! |
