Washington concerned of unilateral action? An American army official onFriday told CNN network that the United States is concerned over the possibility that Israel will attack Iran 's nuclear facilities without notifying it first. In the past, Washington could be certain that Jerusalem would give it ahead notice before launching a strike, but the American official claimed that it is not an"ironclad" guarantee anymore. According to the report, Washington believes an Israeli military operation would include fighter jets and ballistic missiles, but the army official warned that Iran's defense systems are"first-class" and pose a serious threat to Israeli Air Force aircraft. The use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), the officialadded, is not possible as it cannot fly the long distance or carry the weapons required to destroy the nuclear facilities. Pressure on the Islamic Republic is expected to grow with the publication of The UnitedNations' atomic agency report next week. The IAEA plans to reveal intelligence suggesting Iran made computer models of a nuclear warhead and other previously undisclosed details on alleged secret work by Tehran on nuclear arms, diplomats told The Associated Press on Friday. Other new confidential information the International Atomic Energy Agency plans to share with its 35 board members will include satellite imagery of what the IAEA believes is a large steel container used for nuclear arms-related high explosives tests, the diplomats said.

Iran would be stupid not to get some balance of power and no greater deterrent than nuclear. Israel needs to be armed to the teeth, every country the surrounds them wants to wipe the off the ap because of their religion. That is so much propaganda and B.S. I can't believe you believe that. Salehi: Iran Ready to Push Back Enemy Attacks TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Foreign Minister Ali AkbarSalehi on Thursday responded to reports claiming Israel is planning a military attack against his country, stating Tehran is"ready for war" with Israel. "We have been hearing threats from Israel for eight years. Our nation is a united nation…such threats are not new to us," Salehi told Turkey's Hurriyet Daily. Britain is also stepping up its preparations for a military strike on Iran, The Guardian newspaperreported on Wednesday. Iran is a rogue state, Israel comes to the table every time they are asked, Iran doesn't play well with others. They don't want to cooperate with globalism or sell out to capitalism, that does not make them rogues. I say leave them alone. Most people I know don't know much of anything about "their religion" and could care less. They have not been persecuted for their religion. That is just an a lie. They have been persecuted no more than the American Indians and people of Africa who have been victims of genocide. All through history, there are stories of Jews being persecuted, and one has to wonder what they have done to deserve so much bad karma. Karma is a bee-itch. I will be entirely shocked if Israeli goes live and hits anybody. They would be dumb to provoke anybody in the region at this point. It would be smart for them to do that. I just read most of the Arab states are not ok with Iran being nuclear and will stay neutral if Israel defends itself. The only state they would need to worry about is Syria and maybe Pakistan(But doubtful).
