Casey Anthony left Florida after the trial for a resort spa, then was ordered back to Florida to serve out her probation for the conviction of stealing and writing bad checks. She did not receive support from her family. Beaz is fighting her judication and stay in Florida probation court as she would not be able to work, facts that her life has been threatened. Saying it is unfair to make her serve her probation out as it ma6 endanger her life. Now do I feel Casey Anthony had had something to do woith her daughters death, yes. Do I think her father may have had something to do with Caylees death, yes. Is it a fact that in the judicial and police world the famlial abuse is found in some of its highest numbers statistically yes. Do I agree that Casey Anthony should be able to serve her probabtion somewhere she can get a fresh start as double jeopardy is against the law, yes. Could I have convicted her with the evidence presented, no.

I would have convicted her for sure. Without the evidence, she is a compulsive liar from the get go...Why would an innocent man/woman lie for no reason or benefit other than to throw people off their trail. It may not be physical evidence but the tangled storylines tell more than we read.

Glad her family woke up and dont support her. They probably fear for their own safety, as they should. She murdered her daughter, whos to say she wont murder her own father now...to make her child abuse charges seem more realistic..

I really dont care where she serves her probation. No matter where she goes she is a famous criminal now and people will know who she is, wether she is california, montana or nebraska. I am pretty sure we all know her by now. So that seems petty to me whether she comes home or not...

Neither you nor I would have been allowed to sit as jurors on that trial...predisposed to opinion....and there is another reason she was protecting her family until her family hung her out5 to dry for something they did. None of us were there......partying after the fact could be to drown the pain and hide from what happened.....people do many strange things when traumatized and in pain......there was too much uncertainty.....and to be honest I blame law enforcement and the DA office for rushing the evidence into trial without a complete investigation......and too many people that cast doubt on her parents actions themselves........the fault5 definitely rests with the Anthony family but who is the most guilty....the whole family was proven to be liars.......was she on trial for being a liar....no.....but5 I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree either.......at least if it was a mistrial there would have been a chance for the DA to get there crap together and not blow it

What? are you serious> i dont understand at which point did she "protect"her family....all i saw was her blaming everything on them after they stuck their necks out on the line to help her out...even after they called 911 and said the car reaks of death...like there was a dead corpse in there...

I do agree the whole family lied at different points in trial-the dad having had the affair. I believe he really did.

The mom said it was herself in fact that had looked up the chloroform, i believe that also to be a lie she told in which hopes to protect her own daughter. But these are not life taking crimes..as such were the crimes of Casey anthony. All her testimony was presented through her attorney soley as he knew she could NOT take the stand due to her out of control lying would destroy any chance he had at defending her. It was pure strategy on his part. A smart strategy at that. Who would trust a pathological liar on the stand on a murder trial?

My point was that the father may have had something to with it and when the questions were being asked if Casey was in fact abused which she could have been. She may have been covering up the fathers culpability in it out of fear herself. Just one possibility. The good news is Casey Anthony will be culpable for paying for the search costs for her daughter. I just wish the state had waited to get their facts straight before prosecuting the case. I believe if they had waited and the evidence wasn't circumstantial then maybe Casey could have been convicted. There isn't anything stopping them from prosecuting the father, in fact, there is just as much circumstantial evidence against him as there is the daughter.

Accept for him not having the same legal responsibility towards her as her biological mother, and him not having lied repeatedly to police about so many different things, and him not having left his car abandoned with what smelled like death and him not having boasted to a friend about how good he was at lying to people, and him not being out partying after the death of the child, and him not getting a tattoo about how beautiful life was AFTER the death of the child

just as much

yeah, the only thing i heard him possibly lying about was an affair with that woman from the search party which was after the whole missing child incident and his wife and him were pulled apart by their own daughters issues. Not that i condone any affair, but lying over an affair is not a crime. Killing a child is a crime.

due process is and should be available to all

she was found not guilty it is what it is like it or not

maybe the jury should be strung up cause they didnt give the verdict people wanted (after all they heard all the facts of the case unlike most of the """people""")

who was it that said better ten guilty go free than one innocent be convicted?????

I agree with u, but she was found not guilty in a court of law and there is that no double jeopardy rule. At least she will have some accountability though. In being found guilty of lying to police, she has to pay financially back all the money the resources cost.
