there is so much evidence to present...it's exhausting....just lock her up and throw away the key... You don't lock someone up and throw away the key for Manslaughter and that is clearly what this was a case of. That's right, how would we get her out without the key to walk her to the death chamber!!!!

she's not going toge the death penalty....there won't be a murder 1 conviction.

knew this was coming... too many what if's - jury could not convict on murder 1 whether she killed her daughter or not... she will never have freedom again

lock her up they likely will. after a very, very important process that helps make america a great place to live called EQUAL DUE PROCESS OF LAW. or we could just cut the trial short, declare her guilty, and she'll be free in a couple years on appeal. surely you're not against the appeals process too??? She could be getting out as early as Thursday!

she's not going toge the death penalty....there won't be a murder 1 conviction. I would have actually been rather surprised if there was a Murder 1 conviction, I figured either Second Degree or Aggravated Manslaughter.

knew this was coming... too many what if's - jury could not convict on murder 1 whether she killed her daughter or not... she will never have freedom again The daily protests at her house sometimes get out of control and that was when she wasn't there and in jail. Now that shes out theres gonna be a damn near riot at her house when shes released.

I know I'm gonna get grilled for this, but am I the only one who sees this whole spectacle and thinks sensationalism, much like the OJ trial was before it? I mean of all the things to be focusing our attentions on, we put it on this? Why? Isn't there some more important things that need to be addressed and talked about beyond whether someone killed their daughter? Makes one wonder what they'd be trying to hide and deflect attention away from quite frankly.

maybe you are missing the point. when something happens in a community and everyone just looks the other way, then it becomes apparent that the behavior will be tolerated by said community. other people may do things similar to what they have seen, thinking it will be swept under the rug. ever heard of the saying "the squeaky wheel gets the grease"? if people are quiet, then things continue, business as usual. it's when the community voices an opinion that change comes

I hate that we waste so much time on such obvious cases like OJ and Casey Anthony.... This Casey Anthony case has wasted so many days and money on topics that never existed, this personally irritates me, because my ex did a lot of this crap during our divorce... If you are involved in a crime and show up in court and all this sudden present all kind of "NEW SCENARIOS" that were never part of your defense in the prior months, it's so obvious it's a procrastination tactic.. To sit an waste time and money on these shenanigans is odious. Get to the facts...and stay focused. This is why I didn't spend time watching it.

Yes the media cirus but the crime for OJ was intentional and not just one lost there lives.

Its about ratings not about hiding something. News stations don't care about government they care about $$. Its just the IT thing right now. It will be something else in a couple of months. Its just like there were and still are things happening in Japan but they don't care anymore because it won't pull in the viewers so they wont cover it.
