in your earlier post you went off about this 'fricken justice system'. would 'a good beatdown' be part and parcel to a justice system that you'd approve of? concepts such as 'innocent until proven guilty' and 'the right to a trial by a jury' and 'equal due process of law' don't seem to mean much to you so perhaps you'd share with us which of these concepts you'd do away with. other than 'a good beatdown' what might you add to make what you think would be a more suitable justice system for america?

it would not be apart of my justice system no, MY justice system would have found her guilty---and no beatdown would be in order. She would be serving for her crime. I mention a beatdown on what happens to criminals who kill and molest their children and walk away because of a failed justice system, unfortunately thats just they way society works. It wont be me----but it'll be somebody serving justice to Caylee.

Dead child + Strange behavior + lies does not equal beyond a shadow of a doubt. That is not conclusive evidence for who done it.

So your system would rather kill 10 innocents as long as a single killer was executed?

I prefer 10 killers go free to avoid 1 innocent death myself . . . each to there own but I am glad I live here with our current flawed but fair system myself.

Guilty of what exactly? There wasn't a cause of death, there wasn't hard evidence it was all a bunch of theroys that really didn't make sense.

There's no way she should have been found guilty if Murder 1 with the evidence they had.

Her parents have already gotten death threats, even before today.
The emotion level of this is on overload right now, some really sad and mad peopleiods.

my gut feels like this girl behaves like a liar and opportunist and a spoiled brat,,,,beyond that, I dont know what to think of what happened to that girl although I believe she meant to quiet her while she partied and wasnt all too upset when the girl died instead,,,

I don't feel sorry for George Anthony. I believe that he is abusive and a child molester. I've watched him in court and interviews over the years and he is someone I dont feel sorry for at all.

14 Death Threats have come in against the Anthony family now and they have Mounted Cops in front of her house and on her street. Yup this is gonna cost tax payers even more for investigations, prosecutions and protection because people have to act like damn animals and cant accept what a court of law passed down.

There is a little thing called Karma and if in fact she did kill Caylee(which only Casey and God knows for sure) she will get hers in the end. C'mon people you didn't even know the little girl(which doesn't mean you cant feel bad and feel for her) and to act like a damn fool over this is just stupid.

I dont believe that at all. I studied a bit of psychology in school. She has lied and changed her story habitually and she wasnt speaking to him as if he had molested her when she had those 'private' jailhouse conversations. IN fact, he seemed quite wrapped around 'her finger' , being manipulated by her instead of the other way around.

I also feel bad for the judge because if he gives her a light sentance he could face harassment and threats for doing his job. I doubt he or will sentance her to the max for the lying charges. I dont think he will let her go tomorrow on time served though, just because the public would go ape$hit but I don't think she will be in much longer.

I also find it funny the Prosecutor has announced his retirement. I bet the DA(an elected position) is furious and doesn't wanna lose votes and support and demanded he retire. Either that or he wanted to write a book about the case and be a correspondant and media personality and make millions (like Burgliosi did after the Manson trials), which he couldn't do if he was still a Prosecutor.

Take it from not only someone who has been abused but also someone that interviews "crooks" on a daily basis, that guy is an abuser.

AND she comes off as she has PTSD, which both defense and prosecution witnesses testifued to.

or someone who studied how to behave like she has it,, she wasnt acting particularly STRESSED while her daughter was missing, rather quite pleased about her life and herself,,

People react differently to stress and stressful situations. I know EMT\FF's who play another one bites the dust on their radios when they lose someone. It's how people cope.

Yes and no. Either way she was found not guilty and people need to move on. $hit happens, let it go. Yes it is tragic and horrible but don't continue it and let her make money off this by sensationalizing it.

Quit talking about it, quit watching shows about it, quit watching Nancy "Dis"Grace and let it go. The best thing for her right now is for people to make a big deal out of this and keep talking about it because she will rake in the money from interviews, photos, licensing etc.

SO ten serial killers can go free and cause a series of innocent deaths-for arguments sake let's say 42 innocent lives are taken by releasing ten killers as opposed to one innocent life taken----hmmmmm that rational thinking right there....tisk tisk
