I would prefer he just out and told me so....and why. I don't respond well to the 'you're hot, I'm attracted to you' thing... I respond much more openly to someone who is attracted to the way I think, the way I perceive my world, how I get about in my life, and wants to know more.... Visual attraction is fleeting, character/personality/person attraction is sustainable. Bingo! This is what I was getting at. I do need physical attraction, but looks aren't everything. Personally, I think the woman above is attractive, I like her philosophy, but we would drive each other nuts. Even so, I love her because I know damn well that she would probably be one of truest friends I could ever have in real life.

How would you want to be approached by them? Directly. I'm tragically unable to discern interest unless it's explicitly stated. And I'd say with a hint of a class...not with a typical sexist approach. |
