Sarah Palin was chosen to be McCain's VP, simply because she was an attractive woman and a Republican.

Two traits which taken together are rare to find among qualified Republican women.
That she really wasn't qualified is not a particularly personal flaw. Esp coming from a vane woman with personal ambition.
The fact that she continues to think of herself as qualified is just a continuation of a rogue illusion running amok.

All she did in her book was the mentally unhealthy task of blaming everyone else for everything that happened instead of taking her responsibility.

She just showed herself to be the dipshit we knew she was from the campaign.

She is one of the top reasons McCain lost.
The other one was he was too much like baby Bush.

Well the Poll numbers show that Palin Gave the ticket a bump up! So where is your evidence she was one of the main reasons they lost? As usual Dragoness you make another false statement! You have no evidence that she was one of the top reasons they lost and you will provide no proof! Just continue to make statements without merit or fact! I wish when people debated they would at least tell the truth!

Like you make statements of merit and fact...lol

Don't require of others that which you cannot do yourself...lol

You are just as full of crap as the next guynoway

When called upon to make factual statements, you stepped up with an Ad Hominem fallacy. Good work, you make it easy to show that the left is intellectually bankrupt.

LMAO
Like I said no qualifications.
Journalist and bloggers arent really considered qualfied.
The only two I see who might slightly be qualified is Palin and Bono who got her job when Sunny died.

The fact remains that the only reason McCain's campaign made a hasty grasp at Palin for VP was as an attempt to soften the woman vote Clinton brought to the Dems.

At first it worked, but after keeping her from making public speeches at first the effect began to wear off.
When finally they did allow her to speak the effect was immediate. People then realized she wasn't qualified for the job, and recognized the choice for what it was. Making her a liability to the campaign. A liability which probably cost them more votes than had they chosen a qualified male VP.

Being a community organizer for ACORN and voting present in the senate are much better credentials than being a mayor or a governor.

Not when that Govs only previous political experience was as a small town mayor. A town so small the mayors office and police department were located in a strip mall.
And, Not when that same Gov, of the nations least populated state, had only been in office for 2 years.

Now,
She's a quitter. She couldn't even handle the stress for a full term.

Do you think she's qualified to be the VP of the whole country?
The next in-line to lead the largest Democratic country in the world?

Your leaving out a key factor! Sarah palin's approval rating in Alaska was Above 80% when selected as the VP! So your statement that it was simply because she was a woman is incorrect! She was a successful famale governer!

Yes i do make statements of fact and merit! Your challenges where made and i addressed them honestly, you can disagree fine. But when i challenged you nothing.... because your statement was false thats why! Sarah Palin when added to the ticket the poll numbers went up! Thats a fact. the numbers for the ticket went down after, but for various reasons! If you look at the data, she brought both to the ticket, a drag and a bump but overall as a whole she improved their chances and that is shown in the poll data. Look it up and stop making false statements!

OK, so go back to MsHarmony's question.
What did she do as governor that she could be considered as a successful governor?

I already answered that question house bill 3001 was a key victory and the reason her poll numbers where so high! Also house bill 4001 and senate bill 4002!

That's it. Side-track the question by using a trivial arguement.

Here, I'll reword the question,

She is more qualified to be VP than the current occupant of the WH.

okay yes she was the mayor of a small town for ten years.

I don't argue her lack of experience and I myself thought she lacked experience.

But when thinking of voting is it not always the lesser evil?

She was a successful Governer i proved that! She did add a bump to the ticket i proved that as well.

I also proved your bias and your inaccuracies in your previous statements!

So now we are left with your mere opinion of Sarah Palin to debate about huh???

I will grant you your opinion!
