I find it odd that this post had to do with child porn; but it turned into a privacy act? This is a horrible thing that has happened to some poor little baby. A horrific incident that plays itself out over and over again. People...if we put as much effort into putting a stop to this bullsh!t...it could be dealt with. I am shocked more people did not speak up for the shear inhumanity of the chidren of such horrible nasty men. Not of the busted porn viewer, or rights of internet police. Kat Not sure what you find so odd Kat, I posted asking questions. Not once have I removed guilt nor shame from man who readily admitted. I read the article had questions and I asked them, but I am full of questions today

I find it odd that it seems there is a disensitivity to hearing "child porn" and that the rights of an individual over play the rights of a child that has been abused raped and violated. Where is the compassion for the child? Why isnt there more talk of being thankful they found this guy and not why was there policing of other pcs in the vicinity of his... be it wifi or connection of another source? Why dont we want to know how to help? I guess I am the only one that will let them look at my pc without question when it comes to trying to help a child in diar need of rescue? My thoughts are with the child, that has to suffer for just one man who wants to view this filth and horror. My privacy be damned. I am sorry...my heart hurts for these children who can't seem to get help from this horrible event. If someone doesnt want to be trapped in such a site...then stay out of it. Get out fast. Oh...and in case you didn't already figure it out; If they came to my door and said someone was downloading child porn somewhere in my vicinity...I would get up and tell them have my pc, then ask what can I do to help. No question as to whether my rights had been violated.

I understand what you are saying but as you can see no one is condoning nor accepting any illegal activies. I just chose not to allow the 'just because' reason to be used to go through any of my belongings - it's just my choice, decision and my right. Feel free to open your door to those whom you chose - I just don't trust that easily. but this is me - again no one is saying anything negative about children or the morons who perform illegal acts. |

if the cops screwed up on a warrant or entrapment....the defense attorney would get the case thrown out of court...then the perp would know what to look for the next time and get around it

WEST BOCA - A Boca Raton area man has been arrested on 11 counts of possession of child pornography charges, deputies said. Eric Zelesnick, 19, of west of Boca Raton, was arrested Wednesday after deputies said they found his Internet connection address through a computer investigation. According to an arrest report: Deputies were led to a multi-family apartment complex in the 9100 block of Rutledge Avenue where several computers were scanned before finding Zelesnick's. Videos of child pornography were found on it. Zelesnick admitted to downloading it and was arrested, deputies said. Not condoning the actions of this man - but my question is, police said they found his internet connection address (isp) through a computer investigation? This sounds too vague to me. The investigation led them to a multi unit complex - are the occupants told what they are searching for? can an occupant deny entry? or is it a carte blance investigation, they can come, check what they want??? Just wondering if there are limits, boundaries and rights we still have. Police can always make up a reason, they do it all the time. We have no rights, herd to the corner like the rest and shed your clothing... |
