There's nothing in Revelations to confirm those thoughts.

People have been saying that the end is near for many, many years.

revelations is the only book in the Bible that describes the end of time...

ill just sound like a conspiracy nut, but if u guys took the time to investigate u would realize our own government is ran by a bunch of satanists(Illuminati) fake Christians. i feel satan and him army is ready for their final push at deceiving the world.

In the last days there will be very difficult times.

People will love only themselves and their money.

They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful.

They will consider nothing sacred.

They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control.

They will be cruel and hate what is good.

They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God.

They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly.

Stay away from people like that!

It sounds like any day - even 100 years ago. Humans are not perfect and they have always acted that way.

I always call up my Catholic friends after their Easter Paschal Vigil, awaiting the return of their g-d; I ask them if they felt like Linus in the Pumpkin patch awaiting the Great Pumpkin, they are like Chicago Cubs fans- well there is always next year. It would be hubris to think anyone knows the day and time.

All of these scriptural prophesies refer to events that took place in the Roman Empire nearly 2000 years ago. AntiChrist was the Roman Emperors who persecuted the Christian Martyrs. It already happened. The Evil Roman Empire fell and Christianity was triumphant. Christ lives on the religion that he founded. ALL OF THESE EVENTS HAVE ALREADY HAPPENED.
