yes I think we all agree that the irrational fears of many white folks that if Obama becomes president bands of black people will begin rounding them up to seek revenge, or that they will be kicked out of their homes and jobs, or they will have to do what a black man says, or a black man may be smarter than them and so make them feel so very small, or all the white women will go crazy and abandon them for a big black brother or.... are just that irrational. Though this is just my opinion of what is REALLY going on.

Personally, I could care less whether the President is black or white, male or female, old or young, thin or fat, etc... What I DO care about, especially during this financial crisis, is whether the President is a fiscal conservative or a big spending liberal.

During his very brief tenure in the senate, which was only 184 DAYS before he decided he should be President of the United States, Obama compiled one of the worst liberal voting records in the Senate. THAT is my problem with the man, and THAT is what I am truly scared of...

It was a joke and how can I ever know what white people are a afraid of I am only half white. I was asking you guys, the only answer I got was that people are afraid of what they don't know. That it only those that had little to no connect with blacks that would ever be afraid.

I have talked to people who are scared of a black president. They some how think scary things will happen to them if Obama is elected.

White fright is real I think. Is it prevalent? No I don't think so but it does exist.
