control your dreams........sometime i can "decide" to dream about something or some one.....and it works... for instance tonight i will dream about zebras....... check in tomorrow and i'll tell you happened

anyone can influence their dreams they just need to mediate one something when they first lay down... it takes practice but over time, your dream about whatever you mediate on. I can redream or capture dreams when I wake up and do back to sleep. (it sucks when its a nightmare though)

I don't like the dreams you wake up to get out of them and go right back to where you were when you woke up they just keep going and going and going just can not get out of it.

Once I dreamed I was cleaning out a raw chicken to be cooked. I woke up....poor dog

ican choose what or whom idream about.not always does the dream go the way i planned, but sometmes when i wake up from a bad dream i can go back to sleep and fix it.
