be careful this halloween. My fire department has already been dispatched to two fires resulting from halloween decorations. (one was a string of lights with frayed wiring, another was from a jack-o-lantern catching fire.) all I'm saying is, be mindful of what's going on. (and have lots of fun.) on that note, what's everyone doing for halloween? |

personally, i'm marching in a parade, then taking my neighbor's son out trick or treating. (they have a new baby, so they can't) then probably going out to a party. (this is all assuming that no one burns their own house down like last halloween) as for what i'll be? i have no idea.

I'm just saying that you never know what's gonna happen. something as simple as turning on a lightbulb could be perilous. i'm just hoping everyone takes care of themselves.

Everyone.
I just got back from a fire call of someone turning on a lightbulb and his circuit breaker exploded. he had minor injuries and some smoke damage along with the obvious damages to the breaker. He'll be alright. So now I'm just wishing everyone a safe week. -Pokey |

I got work in an hour, then i have to go to the opening of a museum exhibit in honor of my fire department. movies saturday (across the universe), then work all day sunday.
