I just don't understand what the real objection here is. I personally am not gay, but I still respect the rights of others to live as they wish. Seeing as how most marriages in the U.S. end in divorce anyway, what is the big deal. Does any bible thumping bigot really think they are going to be able to keep there little darling kids from ever being exposed to what is going on the the world. Good luck with that, when the police find your child locked in a room somewhere you will go to prison for the rest of your natural life. Get real people. The constitution is a piece of paper that has been used and abused for over two hundred years to divide and conquer the common people with. God does not discriminate as to whom he shall judge, what in the hell gives a man the right to do so in Gods name. Yes, a "marriage" (which is nothing more than a piece of paper in mans eye's anyway) should be accepted by the IRS, insurance companies and so on. Otherwise, we as Americans should see to it that the constitution is exposed for what it is, bull*hit!

Is it okay to live with your ex in same house? It could be problematic... Concerning the sex thing- well some women stop having sex with their men when he stops meeting her sexual needs. I have a friend who's with her man and they haven't had sex in months. Do you think they're going to last? I don't. He doesn't meet her needs. The lights are always off, he doesn't make noises and he closes his eyes- everytime! Maybe you suck at sex. Who knows, but if you come here instead of talking to your lady then that doesn't make a lot of sense. You have to let her know how you're feeling. |

When my dad drove me to the airport, (which is four hours from home, I was moving to another state) he got lost and blamed it on me. He screamed, NOT YELLED, SCREAMED at me; "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT! YOUR SUCH A F*CKING LOSER! YOUR LIFE IS WORTHLESS! I WISH YOUR MOTHER WOULD HAVE HAD AN ABORTION WITH YOU! WHY ARE YOU CRYING?! YOU F*CKING B*TCH! YOU WILL DO NOTHING WITH YOUR LIFE!! I'm not going to jump in on this thread with opinion. I just wanted to point out to everyone that the Bible is a book and yes it does have some historical context.
Just like The Wars by Timothy Findley and Night by Elie Wiesel. Both are BOOKS that have historical context. The Bible could still be stories with actual historical facts. It doesn't mean that it wasn't written by people with a certian bias or two about what they "believed" to be correct. Regardless none of these books are actual texts used in history classes. At least they weren't in mine, but I'm Canadian and I'm sure there are things that are incorrect in all sorts of history books regardless of the country you grow up in- OR any book for that matter. Actual evidence that would support a theory would be like throwing something into the air and having it fall down (unless this thing is lighter then air) it WILL not probably fall down, IT WILL FALL DOWN. IT HAS TO. That said. I haven't gotten any proof of actual evidence to support one "idea" or another. |

My mom has taught me how to be a strong woman, who has opinions, who is intelligent and who isn't weak. She was never a woman who would submitt to just anyone based on gender, and a significant other doesn't define you. Plus, she's got a wicked sense of humor that some might even call raunchy (teaches me that when laughter is gone, then things get bad really fast).
My father has taught me that there's nothing but "hard" work. He says "Work isn't meant to be fun that's why it's called work." More often then not I think he's right... |

My father ignored me. Then, when he decided to take an interest it was to kick me out of the house in minus forty-below weather (mom was out at a Bible study). It took me two hours to get to my Aunts house, four more hours after that for my toes feel again.
I was lucky I didn't loose them...Dad did this often, he also smacked me in the face a few times pretty good too. |

He took me to see 300. Which isn't exaclty a good date movie, because I wanted to be with my gal-pals cat calling at all the exceptionally attractive males on the screen.

Another subject I totally cant relate to... I dont have a cell phone. Man, I really oughta get a life...huh? Don't trouble yourself, they're annoying on the best of days! My brother steped on one and the face was barely attached by a few cords. I had to hold it special with my hand all scrunched up. Then I lost it in cab a few times but it always found it's way back to me- I had it for four years! Finally got a new one last month.

Respectfully, spelling can do a lot for a person. Ever had a guy to try and cyber sex you regardless that you refused to participate? Even going so far as to close the IM window repeatedly. What's worse- he couldn't spell at all. So even though it would never work for me cuz come on guys. Cyber sex, even mutual wanking over the computer is lame- I couldn't even be enamored with his words because it was like he was hooked on phonics.
