Think I can "almost" top that one. 
Went on a date one time, the jerk was drinking and decided to see how far his car would drive down a boat ramp before the engine stalled. He had a buddy with him so I was in the middle of the front seat, of course. I yelled that the water was coming in the floor boards and it actually got as high as the top of the seat where we were sitting on before the engine died. The idiot didn't stop the car, let it keep going until it died. Then he was like, "Damn, now how am I going to get it out of the water?" His buddy told him to put it in reverse and grind on the starter and that managed to back it out of the water back to dry land. What a dummy.   
Want to know what was even dumber??? I married the idiot, yup, I get the dumba-- award for the year for that one. Nope, he didn't get any smarter during the marriage either.  
Guess I should have kept my mouth shut, now everyone knows how "smart" I am,  .

I just had the same thing happen to me. Yes, with well water that has a lot of iron in it, the
element needs to be replaced. Its not the heating element its in their for well water. It wasn't very costly, but they had to flush the heater out because sedement builds up on the bottom of the tank. I think it costs $130 total. |

No credit checks, you do not have to prove where you live, instantly shop on line with your pre-paid card, all it takes is 30 seconds........Said the ad. Is this true? No ! I visited the shop advertising some well known pre-paid UK cards. The shop keeper wanted my drivers license ( a photographic identifying document) proof of my address ( utility bill, and not older than 3 months) I pointed out to him what his ad in the window said ( and the online ad) I phoned the company who told me this guy was making up the rules as he went along and I should supply his details and they will look into it......... Do you use pre-paid debit cards? I do not trust revealing my bank details to Pay Pal. PayPal has been sending me bills for over a year now and I've never purchased one thing from them. And they have many many lawsuits going for the same thing. Billing. I'd pass on anything thru PayPal. Jo, have you requested a complete history of the alledge debt? good luck - some of these companies are ruthless when it comes to collections and they but an ugly mark on your credit report and score. |

Geneva on the lake is so freaking beautiful...I used to go there with my gramma when I was growing up. I haven't been there in years. But from what I hear its still beautiful and you can really meet some nice people there. Maybe some dancing, and of course beach time. |
