Thank you everyone for your kind words, support and prayers, they are greatly appreciated!
7 years ago. The Drs. told my daughters I wouldn't last a month so make sure I had everything in order. I slept 22 hours a day had extreme chemo and radiation because they said I didn't have a chance anyway and they were trying it. To see if I could last a little longer without so much pain. Well it is now 7 years later and I feel great. The first year was pure hell. But through prayer and Believing that the Good Lord would do what needed to be done. Trust in God to take care of our problems. My first thought was He wouldn't give us more than we could handle. And I was right. Believe!
Thank you. You are a true inspiration to me at this time. My ex father in law died 5 months after he was diagnosed with last stage so it is pretty scary for us all. I appreciate your words and your prayers.

no kidding  sometimes there are good reasons for things like this to happen. It's better for everyone involved to try to figure them out. Then if it doesn't work go separate ways. Guess I'm just too old fashioned for what he's talking about.
I don't think its old fashioned at all. It's just common sense and common courtesy and how about respect??? I'd like to hear it from his wife that its ok for him to have a girlfriend. He'll stick with her just so he doesn't have to split all his money. So I say: Go for the younger girls because they definetly will take his money. And so will the wife when she finds out!!!

I believe in "Reap what you sow" and this applies to this topic as well. If you treat another with respect, 9 out of 10 times you will be treated in the same manner. Shallow thinking leads to shallow lives. Granted, there are exceptions to everything, but I have been a "nice guy" pretty much my whole life and have hed wonderous relationships. My marriage did not go south only because of her, I had a part in it also. When you lose touch with the way you are supposed to act and start expecting some sort of praise for it, you will be destined for doom. Good for You!!! A man that accepts his part in a relationship instead of dogging on women. You are the reason women keep searching. We hope there are more men like you out there. Kuddo's to You Brother! And I hope you find a good woman that appreciates you !

My husband went through what sounds like the same
thing you are going through with your legs. It was called peripheral neuropathy. We used to soak his feet twice a day in epsom salts and put capsacian on it. It comes in a tube and is made from jalopenia(I know that isn't spelled right)peppers. Then put socks on to keep his legs and feet warm. It helped with the pain a lot. It was caused by nerves in his lower back. Check with your Dr. Good Luck and get well soon
