oOoOoOo good question.... spend directly on myself.... maybe only 5% or so... indirectly, meaning by stressing myself out and working my arse off now, so that I can spend more time on myself late, that fills up most of my day.

On an average day, actually quite a bit. I learned a long time ago that if I didn't take care of me, then I'm no good to anyone or anything else. Besides, who else is gonna do it?

Besides showers, eating, a couple of walks with the doggy in the day...pretty much whenever I'm online is me time...even if it's squeezed in while the phone is on hold. So off and on all day and most of the night.

Depends on what I'm doing with "myself" Most of the time I tend not to spend a lot of time with myself because I don't like me and I hate to be around me but of course I know I have to eat so I try to tolerate me as much as I can but I still don't like me no matter how hard I try to be friends with me. Ok I need to go because thats one of the reasons I don't like me is because I won't shut up.
