also if u go to run and type in msconfig.. u can turn off stuff that doesn’t need to run or start up on your computer(and it never will again unless u change it).... which well help overall !!:happy

It's either a bad memory card, or a bad camera. Unfortunately, I've heard a bunch of horror stories having to do with HP digital cameras and stuff- the rate of failures with them are way beyond what they should be. My only suggestion to you would be to look into another brand of digital camera if your HP situation isn't rectified. Canon makes some good stuff, as does Panasonic. yea what he said.. Hp has nothing, only thing i found is its time to get a new camera!!! |

They are professional guessers at best. Tough gig in northern Ohio, we have lots of things that'll change the weather in a hurry weather guy should just stand up there and say, "well if everything goes well it will be nice day --if not its going to be anywhere form ok to sh*t.. Bring a jacket , gloves, and a umbrella just incase, and shorts in the trunk"!!! signed the weatherman(AKA the only job you can guess at, and get paid 60-250k a year) o and drink!!!

This guy is drunk , did he ever go to school???
It's 43 outside(only 12 degrees off), and if the win blows any harder, I might be singing “follow the yellow brick road”!!! this guy is off by at least 50mph drunk I tell you drunk!!!

Log in as the admin(yourself) and go to regedit.(be careful here...do a backup of the registry if you are not familiar or unsure u get to regedit by start run typy in regedit) ) Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE, look for the subkey in which the games/program/whatever it is registry entries are stored. """All software programes are found here, software for pics,movies whatever""" EX..Harry potter game comes under EA games.. Right-click and go to Permissions. Look for the USERS group. The limited user account should be under this group. Select that group and go to Advanced below. Now select the USERS group and click on edit. Here you are basically going to add Write DAC and Write Owner permissions to this account. Save and exit. That's EXACTLY what I didn't want to condone! 
yea!! there are other ways to.. for instance the programe they use for pictures... they can try un-instaling it, and re-install it on the Admin, and when installing it should ask allow all users to use this programe, hit yes!!! |

Computer Science/Computer Information System.. Degree guy here well almost done with it.. But i spent 6 years in the Air Force doing computer work!!!! Whats the proplem? Hey Zewl, Good credentials...just some freindly advise, especially in this forum. Be real carefulwhen even stating your credentials. Most of us understand you are only saying them in a good way to let people know you are qualified and they can put some trust into your advise. Sadly there are a couple of users that actually take such statements as if you are "boasting" or trying to put yourself above them. 
I know, that's totally pathetic..but unfortunately true in this case. I have been running into a couple of users that are exactly that way. Anytime you just try to give a little advice in what you really do have expertise in, they somehow take it as a personal style attack against "them". Amazing...but true!
But welcome to the forums and the computer section. Hope to see you around here a lot and look forward to chatting. Always nice to chat about common interests and experiences.
