sounds like a video card issue/ or a heating proplem... do a re-start and start in safe mode and get your computer info!!! if you already no tell me..

You said u installed more ram.. But before you installed the ram everything was fine??? explain please...what kind of ram?? also when you hit crtl alt delete.. when you look in the performance tab your cpu goes to 100%??? when you go into applications what is running? how much ram is being used before you start the cam and after?? what kind of Cam?? What is your OS?? if you can tell me a few things i can help
