the American people use 15million gallons of gas each day. .25*15mil = 375,000$ a day going into schools/health care/Social security and Alternative Fuel Research--or better yet 136million a year!! that’s more money than the government puts into education each year by 100million!!!
Not including what are taxes already put in there!!! |

We need to look at alternatives & not allow the oil companies to hold them up. We should have huge incentives for people to invent & improve on energy solutions. The united states has more oil available than all the other oil countries combined---So why not drill for oil/coal-to oil/Nuclear Energy-- with a new company called American Energy.. So we can become energy independent, using oil now---and making the American people only pay 1$(since it comes from America) Take .25cents on the dollar and put it into education, another .25 cents and put it into health care, take another .25cnets and put it into Social security and the last .25 cents into Alternative Fuel research? |

Alternative energy. It's past due. Meaning? So we wait until Alternative energy hits the market? How long is that going to take 5 years 10, 20 years? And if it cost energy to make new energy(research testing etc) and the cost of energy keeps going higher, wouldn’t that put Alternative energy further away? because the cost of finding and researching energy would be expensive |
