As far as big dogs go, I prefer German Shepherds. Smaller dogs I prefer terriers. |

Okay, even if there is a remote possibility that he could have fathered this child, legally, he does not need your approval for a DNA. He can go to court and request a DNA and it would probably be honored.
He acted irresponsibly, got it, but then so did you, and now look at the mess the two of you created. right.right. I think you should give the daddy an opportunity to prove you wrongbefore you banish him from this child life, who will no doubt one day want to know / hear about him. My two cents.. am 8mnths pregnant n i want2 keep my baby away 4rm the dad after he is born because he cheated and walked out on me.now he wants a dna so that he can support the kid.am sure its his baby but should i let him get the dna he wants? |

I think single dad's are hardworking, they didn't put in much effort in their relationship with their ex wife, lonely, second hand, not as young, wiser, insensitive to emotions, immune to crap. But he's a good man if he takes care of his kids. Maybe I didn't want a relationship with a woman who decided to throw her life away on drugs instead of helping me raise the kids???

when it comes to my child i do not play and you should not either. Shes not dealing wih a full deck and she has your son, so you better step it up and do what you gotta do to reclaim your boy!!
So it's been 7 months since my ex-partner and the mother of my 2 beautiful children took off with my son and won't let me see him. Every now and then she likes to play games and sends me a picture of my son to try to hurt me because she knows I'm hurting so bad because I don't get to see him but she doesn't care about our daughter who is in my care.. So yesterday I'm enjoying my day with my daughter and I get sent a picture message of my son. I look at the picture to see how he is going, and I freaked out. He had a purple lip and scratches all over his face. So I call the police to do a welfare check on him because I know she is neglecting him and only has him so she doesn't lose her welfare payment and won't let me see him even though there is no court order in place yet. So 2 hrs later of me worrying and crying for my son the police call me back and tell me that it was just paint.. How horrible is that? She just strategically painted cuts and bruises on his face to get a reaction out of me, why can people be so cruel?? Why won't the police and child welfare agencies do anything about this? Is it just prejudice because I'm the father?? |

If he merely "raised his voice," be silent, but if he "screamed "at the child, I'd think of something to do that takes the attention away from the child. I think sometimes "our love for children" causes our hearts to take the lead, so I wouldnt be overly upset if it happened to me, but I would want/ need to be told in a respectful manner,
how far do you go in 'interve ning' in other familys affairs? recently, a loved one of mine with a special needs child chastised him in public (chastised as in raised his voice slightly and reprimanded him for not listening after being told several times to do something) anyway, they went on after to go swimming and having a great time when my loved one came back to the car to find a nasty note from some onlooker who had observed him chastising his child,,,, I think sometimes people go too far in interjecting themselves in the business of others without having the details,,,,no one was in dnger, my loved one would never raise his hand at his children,,,all he did wsa chastise him but because he wsa scial needs someon ,,,how far do you go in intervening when you see something,, what type of thing would you have to observe to inject yourself into another family's situation? |
