What show or shows

american idol and pretty much any show on mtv, pimp my ride is tolerable, but that other crap they pass off is uber lame. Why'd they have to spread their God-awful shows to MTV2 anyway? I was all stoked when I first got it as I could finally watch music instead of teeny bopper crap....then they started showing the same shows on both...vh1? omg, what happened to vh1? Right now there's only 2 shows on regular tv I can stand, hell's kitchen and the office, if the rest would some how find themselves on a channel I can't get I'd be plenty stoked.

360 or PS3?
|

You're right. There are no cheap consoles these days. It's why I haven't bothered to buy any and just prefer to stick with my computer gaming. :P However, the 360s games also tend to be about $10 cheaper if I remember correctly (haven't done that much pricing as I don't buy them, so please correct me if I'm wrong). Sure, the 360 may have a lot of things to buy if you want to get it tricked out, but it can still be more price effective than the PS3 if all you're looking to do is just pop in a game and play. meh, games are 59.99 for both consoles, every once in a blue moon one particular title may be cheaper on one than the other (same game, different version) but I;ve only seen that on some sports games and when I did see it (I want to say it was Madden?) it was 49 on the Ps3 and 59 for the 360. Really for the amount of technology you get with the Ps3, I won't say it's the "better" console as that's a matter of preference/opinion, but I will say it is the more cost effective way to go, or at least it seems like the better deal to me. I didn't even know that about the hard drive, that's pretty sweet! For those who haven't seen blu-ray movies yet, it really is a sight to behold, I watched 2 Pixar movies (Cars and Wall-e) the other night and they were absolutely stunning, there's just so much that "pops" compared to regular dvds. |

1st Corinthians 13:1-13, and Psalm23.
1 Corinthians 13:1-13 If I speak in the tongues of men and angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a tinkling symbol. And if I have prophecy and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And if I dole out all my goods, and if I deliver my body that I may boast but have not love, nothing I am profited. Love is long suffering, love is kind, it is not jealous, love does not boast, it is not inflated. It is not discourteous, it is not selfish, it is not irritable, it does not enumerate the evil. It does not rejoice over the wrong, but rejoices in the truth It covers all things, it has faith for all things, it hopes in all things, it endures in all things. Love never falls in ruins; but whether prophecies, they will be abolished; or tongues, they will cease; or knowledge, it will be superseded. For we know in part and we prophecy in part. But when the perfect comes, the imperfect will be superseded. When I was an infant, I spoke as an infant, I reckoned as an infant; when I became [an adult], I abolished the things of the infant. For now we see through a mirror in an enigma, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know as also I was fully known. But now remains faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. |

well after we punched each other out it was only a matter of minutes.
yeah right, I don't really argue much, I'm pretty laid back and feel like most of the time it's something so irrelevant it's not worth getting upset over it or wasting anyone's time, no girl I've ever been with has pushed me over the edge either so I guess I've just been lucky. |

I will say this much as well, forgot to mention it previusly but EVERY single old Ps2 game I've tried works with my Ps3, even if you don't already have a Ps2 it's still relelvant since you can buy from both libraries, I've kept my original Xbox solely so I can still play some of my older games that won't work on my 360. As far as which one has more of a catalog is concerned, they're identical except for the console exclusives, so neither one really has more games than the other unless the 360 has more exclusive/propietary titles compared to the Ps3, (mayb it does, I honestly don't know) I'd still go Ps3 for the Blu-Ray anyway, plus you don't have to pay for xboxlive if you want to play people online, I play Burnout3 online all the time on my Ps3 and it costs a donut. (free) I still like my 360 though, I'd probably play it more if I had the hdmi version, it's just not as detailed/crisp as my Ps3 is, both are amazing compared to where we were at with 8 and 16 bit consoles though.
edit: forgot to mention the Ps3 does Bluetooth, not sure if the 360 does now or not, I know my older one doesn't. |

Just because you don't like something doesn't mean it sucks. Why not? I can't stand them and I think they suck! And what in the hell kind of glasses were those women looking through that thought they were good looking? Great! that's your opinion, isn't free speech awesome! There are a lot of talented artists and musicians out there I don't like either, but just because that's my opinion doesn't mean they suck. Me personally, I don't understand the fascination with The Beatles for example, but does that mean they suck? I don't like Michael Jackson at all, hated Thriller, never bought a single album of homedude, but even though he's gone off the deep end I can't say he sucks. Duran Duran writes their own music, performs it live actually playing real live instruments plugged into actual amplifiers and such without lip synching, and they've stood the test of time, which is more then I can say for a lot of other "popular" bands that popped up around the same time and then vanished. |

Who likes eighties music?

Guns and Roses, Journey, U2, Van Halen, INXS, Pat Benatar, Phil Collins, Aerosmith, Eurythmics, Billy Idol, R.E.M., Robert Palmer, The Pretenders, Joan Jett, The Fixx, and Peter Gabriel to name a few more. <--------- I have the hair too. love The Fixx, red skies at night is one of my all time faves from them. I don't think anyone's mentioned New Order yet either, never get tired of the "Substance" album, that and The Cure's Standing on a Beach, The Smith's Ask and How soon is now singles, Erasure, MARRS pump up the volume, 7red7, 80's hip hop was fun too, people like Black Sheep, Eric B and Rakim, Afrika Bambaata, Public Enemy really started coming into their own back then as well. I remember a lot of keyboard genuis in that era too like Thomas Dolby, Howard Jones. I passed on the hair bands, I was more into much harder stuff like Destruction, Exodus, Slayer, Helloween, and a slew of others lol I was also heavy into punk and underground punk, stuff you couldn't even buy and the only way to get it was from a friend of a friend who might copy the tape for you. Some of them wound up with albums, bands like DOA, DRI, Angry Samoans, Subhumans, Minor Threat, MDC, Big Boys, JFK, Black Flag, one of my favorite more obsucre bands from that time was called Odd Man Out, it was formed with Steve Caballero (pro skater, who also played in the Faction) on guitar, I've been trying for years to find a copy of it and I can't, I think it got printed on Sessions label, or maybe even Dischord but either way I can't find it and all I have is a well worn dubbed copy of it on cassette. |

Any ideas? Just be yourself. Stay true to yourself. yes, 1000000% true, nothing is more attractive then authenticity, and nothing is more unattractive than someone who pretends to be something they're not just to gain attention or try and score with someone who they'll never be good enough for anyway. |

There's a restaraunt here in town that's always crazy packed, supposed to be the most amzaing tex-mex evah!!!!111 etc. So I finally sucked it up and went one night, parking was brutal but I figured "hey, this is going to be awesome, I can't wait to finally get to eat here" and all that, I ordered enchilada's as my standard meal I use for judging(heh) and had some chips too thinking it was going to be amazing...well....while they weren't terrible, I've definitely had better at other area restaraunts that aren't even specializing in them, it was an epic let down and I'm not even that picky to begin with (doh!)
