when i teach beginners in class i start with no music whatsoever. this lasts for the first 6 classes. they learn to feel the spirit within before they feel the beat.

gdr you can dance to anything, its not all about going out and busting a move. its about the rhythm and spirit you feel, music is not even needed if you feel the true call to dance.'to dance is to feel passion and discipline.

a retired dancer. danced mostly stage shows and what not. danced for nickelodeon studios for a few years, i think i have a cast photo on my profile...
jazz tap hip-hop ball room east coast swing some ballet but so graceful...lol |

I wonder if the nice guys are either too overly shy to approach a woman and sort of sit in the shadows.. and you never know if they are gay, unavailable or what... or they don't come out in the real world... Come out and play, mr nice guys... Ill be good, or try to be. i do not think i am shy nor aggressive when it comes to woman, if i was in a bar and saw someone i was interested in i probably wouldn't say anything. not cause i am shy just got so tired of the dating game |

i have family over for thanksgiving we actually had it tonight, also have an old gf over who is staying for a few days, we are like best friends now and have been for years but there is still tension, especially when she has comments like, lets go to bed...lol... i say no, i have this huge crush on this other girl who i have no chance in hell being with... seems like the holidays can be just as depressing as festive
