Salt....I am a sodium FREAK!! Raised that way. The good news is for now I actually have the cholesteral level of an athlete, (suprised the hell outta me!), and my BP is 106/70....

I like a lot of salt and pepper on scrambled eggs, and on a tomato with mayo.. But thats as far as that addiction goes

pepper...and more pepper... pepper of all kinds. red, pink, white, black...yeah...toss in some jalapeños and habaneros and i'm soooo in heaven.

I like them both- but don't use them much...Salt more... Been using Mrs. Dash alot.
