Just wanted to say HAPPY THANKSGIVING to a special group of people out there. People like me who have, on more than several occasions, celebrated Thanksgiving by themselves at home.

I'm not sure if I'll be going anywhere tomorrow, which isn't really a big deal, because really its just another day... but I thought it was creative to post something like this.

Lot's of folks have probably already posted some kind of "Happy Thanksgiving" stuff... but I just want to say a special Happy Thanksgiving to the folks who don't have anyone else in their lives with which to celebrate stuff like this, or Christmas, and other holidays.

We seem to ramp up each other with expectations of these events, but many years go by when there are many folks who sit at home and eat popcorn during this supposedly "family" events.

To those single popcorn eaters everywhere, I say "Happy Thanksgiving"... and... ummmm... was it "ho, ho, ho,?"...

No, that was some other holiday...

Ummm...

Oh, I got it, we go to Times Square and watch the ball drop... no, no,no... that doesn't have anything to do with turkeys and pilgrims, that can't be it...

Oh yeah...

We drive over to the state next door where fireworks are legal, buy a ton of black cats and bottle rockets and light them all off after dark.... no... that's not it....

Anyways, whatever it is... have a happy one....

Thats what i would like to know? Are the folks that went to
Spring Woods High School in 1972 going to have a get to gether ? Some are in h town. Wish i could find out ? I'go. They seem to be ok since i known some from junior high school.

Yea i have had that turkey and dressing my self. Its not good to be by ones self on thanks giving but i done it before. I dont know any one on here.

I wont put noting else on here cause others think im n the twlight zone. Really i dont care what they think.

I know what you mean, Fishcat . That's why I usually work holidays. To me, that helps to make it seem like just another day. Being alone hurts every day, tho. I don't need a holiday to remind me of that.

But, HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO EVERYONE anyway.

U know security guards work on the holidays. If i had my chice well Granbury would be that. I can wait to go there.

All i got to do is find a turkey and dressing, tators, gravy, and may be pecan pie and im set. Plus some port wine

O them Cowboys are going to kick i know what. They sure will. Each game there getting better.

I have been fortunate enough not to spend the past 24 years alone. That's what having children does for you. :)

But I have spent almost every one without a special partner to share TG day with us. So, to those who will be alone tomorrow...you're not really alone. I'm thinking about you. So, who's coming tomorrow for dinner? I've get plenty!
