i need someone to just chat with. I don't get out much or talk to many people. If you don't know me from on here before, i have a new daughter. She's the love of my life. But i need to talk to someone besides a baby lol

first of all let me start out by saying i'm not having any problems with my supply for sure. I'm over producing actually. The lactation consultant suggested pumping and donating. Another factor, my daughter wont take my nipple. I have to use a nipple guard just to get her to latch on and eat. And no my nipples aren't inverted or small. She was in nicu for a week before i could feed her. She ate on iv fluids. So the transition is super hard for both of us. I'm breastfeeding to the best of my abilities. I.ve tried the pacifier after so long multiple times, it doesn't work with her. I know all the reasons to breastfeed. I want to. I'm trying. I just don't think my daughter is liking it.

but i know how good it is for my two week old daughter and i love the bond. But it takes me an hour to feed to so she's full. A bottle takes like ten min and she's content. I don't feel like pumping either. I dunno what to do

i finally got to bring her home tuesday! :) happy mama :) took a week, but she's here and safe and healthy. Oh and i added a pic

thank you everyone. I still have yet to hold her, but i got to touch her and talk to her. I love her so much.

literally right after posting that, my water broke. At 7:21 am katara beth was born. :) 6 pounds 3 ounces 18.5 inches long. :)

i still can't believe this. I mean if i was going to go to jail for assaulting an officer, i would wanna use a better choice... Unless she wanted to be known as the lactating boobie blaster.

still no baby. No, my water hasn't broke either. I went back to the hospital today becaue my contractions became 3 min apart and alot harder, but i'm still only dialated at 3 cm and not progressing. So i'm back at home, still miserable.

i opted coming home from the hospital rather than sitting there miserable. Nothing i can do except walk which i'm sure i.ve done more than a marathoner thus far
