My friend's about to join in June. He did two tours during his stint in the Marines, and now that I've finally gotten used to him being home, he's leaving again!

You know when you're first smitten with someone that you really like and you get those butterflies every time you see them? I'm going through that now. I'm in that stage where it's pretty clear we're into each other, we just don't know where it's going yet.

Is anyone in the same situation now, too? What's your story?

My last relationship ended because I want to get married and start a family one day, and he didn't. We had a fantastic relationship, and it was the hardest decision I've ever made. We are still the best of friends, and it was definitely the right decision. I wouldn't change anything.

I bought a new computer last Fall, and I paid an extra $100 just to NOT have vista and keep xp. Totally worth it.

There is this guy, Dan, I've been really into for a few months or so. We immediately hit it off and we hang out on a pretty regular basis in group settings, nothing one-on-one yet. He had a girlfriend, though, so obviously I didn't persue anything.

I just found out last night that he found out his girlfriend was cheating on him. That's terribly sad, of course, but I can't help but think 'Yay! I might have a chance, now!"

What's the appropriate course of action in this situation? How long should I wait before asking him out or making any moves? What do you guys think in general?

Personally, I'm usually turned off by guys that have shirtless pictures. To me, it comes off cocky or arrogant. I personally go for the guys that are good-looking but don't show it off in that way. Don't mean to offend - just being honest.
