Nope...I'm very blessed, I suppose. I have enough faith in the spirits that have loved me that have passed on, and those that are still with me in this physical world...

I never feel completely "alone", unless I choose to crawl into that dark hole...alone.

Inside out. Hmmmmm. I'd have to say colon. Because if you were inside out and you farted you would inflate like a balloon. That would be pretty funny. Hey sweet cheeks, nice appendix.

Any advice on going about calling and asking her out at this point, in hopes she has not written me off?

Granted, I'm not in the dating game here, but I think waiting a week is NOT a "kill joy" by any stretch. Honestly, I'd kinda swing the other way if a guy called really SWIFTLY after giving him my number...can you say...DESPERATE?! noway

I say, simply call...be honest that you have been a tad busy, not to mention intrepid/shy about calling...however, "here I am"! flowerforyou

I sincerely wish you the best of luck.

I love a good intellectual debate, or flirtacious disagreement. I couldn't deal with a relationship were we never agreed on anything or always fought. It's one thing to be challenged and to have light-hearted disagreements, and a completely different thing to never agree at all.

^^ Double Ditto! I love to be challenged...intellectually, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. To this, I say...YIPEEEE! drinker

Conversely...cross the line of loving banter and begin to debunk or disrespect me and my opinions? Well then...

Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeooooooooooooooow! rant

I would like to say i been turn down by every girl i ask out. so balls has nothing to do with it.

And I would like to say...I think you have your answer right there. Perhaps it's not "them"...perhaps it's you.

I'm certainly not implying you are not worthy by any stretch...but, since you seem to be getting shot down in flames on numerous occassions, you may wish to either look at your selection process, as well as your initial approach. Just sayin'...

I would...sure, why not? I see naked bodies all day long in my profession - no biggie (no pun intended). Truly, seen one, seen them all to me.

HOWEVER, I would remain modestly and appropriately clothed. I'm not only shy, but very selective on whom I choose to share my body with. smooched

I would say I'm getting all misty-eyed at this auspicious reunion....

But, instead I'll just "fluff (fart) and run"...but, not before I belly-bump one awesome Scottish gal....VIXEN!

Oh, and HOWDY, Chy and YellowRose...so glad to see a few more familiar mugs on this site. Sure hope you both are doing fabulous! flowerforyou

You won't get an answer that will suit you because you're confused. Studying this religion & that one does that to people.

I truly mean no offense here...but, that above quote is, by far, one of the most ignorant and narrow-minded things I have ever heard/read in a forum.

Knowledge = POWER!

The art of "studying" is to provide answers, eliminate confusion, evoke enlightenment, challenge our minds, broaden our horizons...etc.

To suggest one should not "seek answers and options" regarding their own path towards faith/spirituality/religion through studying is well...rather "cultish" sounding to me.

Regarding the topic at hand, I'm not completely sold on this "heaven" and "hell" concept today. I do, however, believe we choose to either work in harmony with our soul's chosen destination for this life or not. Based upon this decision, we therefore create our own "heaven" and "hell" which flows with us into the so-called afterlife.
