Are you afraid of your age after fifty? After all age is a great factor of life. 
In answer to your first query...NO!..To have been afraid of my age after 50 would have meant that i would have been living in fear for the past 21 years, and that would've been totally unacceptable... Further, if age is a great factor of life, as you say, then ATTITUDE is an even greater factor, as so aptly pointed out by both oldsage and mssilverfox. I'm 71, and my life is STILL what i make of it... But age can make our life hell; lot of diseases, loss of memory . . . . . Whenever I see a person unable to walk by his own due to age, I feel bad, I get afraid thinking of future. B-) |

While I do think luck (chance) plays a part in life, I do not think things are lucky or unlucky. My plan is to grab 2013 by the neck and squeeze it for all I can get. Happy 2013 to all of you.:-) I do not believe in Luck. If something is going to happen it will, although somethings are in our control to change them. Year 2012 was a Blessing and so will 2013 be. Have a positive attitude and look for the Best. A good philosophy. Our success depends on our hard labour but luck factor also plays a little role.(In my openion) HAPPY NEW YEAR.:-) |

We all have faults, but what we perceive as our faults can be assets if examined, flipped, and put to good use!! for example, as I have noted before I tend toward the stubborn BUT flip that around and I am persistent, thorough, and not easily influenced (by dumm stuff like TV and trashy news articles or bad nurses)
so find fault with yourself and flip it - what good things do your faults say about you???? I hope one day GOD will read this thread and flip some of His good quality(bad?) so that people have more faith in Him! :bana na: |
